How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

I am not geting mythic wlidcards
I can't get more than one mythic rare wildcard, whenever I would get one so that I would have two my UI still shows that I have one. I have lost 3-5 mythic rare wildcards this way.

Did not get my purchase
I purchased a bundle of avatar and protector but only get the avatar.

Bought packs disappear with coins.
Hello,
Yesterday 03/03/2022 I boght 11.000 coins in packs just when the server went down. Then when I could reconnect I didnt get my cards nor my coins.
Please can I have my coins so i can buy my cards back?

Mastery Pass mythic
I purchased the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass today and did not receive any Mythics from my progress. I played until I got another unlock for a Mythic and I still did not receive it. How go I get the bug fixed?

I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time i tried to enter the event, I cannot connect
I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time I tried to enter the event, I cannot connect. I tried to reconnect, but to no avail. However, Arena still collected the 1000 gold fee. I have no issues connecting when playing Standard Best of Ones though.

Mastery Pass
Hello support team,
I achieved rank 30 in the current kamigawa mastery pass but the golden koi pet won't show up in my profile section where i can select my pets.
I did receive the mastery orb.
Please help me solve this issue.

I bought pixel art lands and they are not showing on my styles when I add them to a deck.
Basically title. I bought Pixel Art lands, they even disappeared from my store, and I can't select them as a style on any deck.

No mastery quests
I paid for the mastery pass but am not getting an additional quest queue. Just the regular one each day. With no additional quests, it's just a waste of money. I don't care about cosmetic cards from the orbs.

Alternate Card Style Not Working
Bought the alternate art Den of the Bugbear when it was on sale last week. No matter how many times I've tried it does not appear in matches. Every other alternate/parrallax in the deck works. It is selected just like the other's. But the plain original appears in gameplay. Very frustrated to have spent money on this. Am very close to having the entire deck alternate/parralax. This would ruin that goal and cause me to stop spending money

I purchased the daily deal pack but the image wasn't showing.
I purchased a pack thinking it would be kamigawa as the card style were from kamigawa, but the pack is kaldheim and I would like a refund.

Trade in System
Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s a…

Buying multiple packs with Gold
I would like to buy multiple packs in the store, with my accumulated gold. Please make the BUY 1 PACK WITH 1000 GOLD, something like Buy X packs with x Gold.... or at leats, buy 3, buy 10... please fix this !! i always buy 30-50 packs every set release, with my gold, and its extremly annoying to click 3 times in different places and wait for the server to process each time, thx

対人ドラフト参加権について
①対人ドラフト参加権を所持している状態でマスタリーパスを購入しましたが、対人ドラフト参加権の枚数が増えておりません。
②プレミア・ドラフトでまだ2敗しかしていないのに、プレイが打ち切られ報酬が確定しました。上記2つの不具合が発生しました。無課金での遊戯ならともかく、上記2つは両方ともジェムが絡んでおります(マスタリーパスのためにジェムを購入しています)

Pre release code not working
Today I bought a Neon Dynasty Pre Release box and went to go put my code into arena to get the six packs but it says it was already used. Not sure how this can be because the boxes come sealed.
