How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store>Change Payment is just a white panel

    Hi there,

    as I set the firewall to block everything that isn't on its white list, I only get a white panel when trying to change the payment method.
    (I have .net 4.7.2/4.8 installed so the FAQ doesn't help with this.)

    I don't know how you open that panel, but I guess instead of calling the default browser as you should you instead call Edge, like so many other big companies?
    My suggestion is: call the default browser instead, as it will be in the firewall's white list connections will not be blocked and there won't be a white panel…

  3. Mastery page thext bug

    The mastery page has for several days now, displayed the text about the next set and previous set and so on, but the names fo the sets are still displayed as {previousset}{nextset} placeholders, someone's been sleeping on the job.

  7. daily deals refresh timer

    The daily deal is supposed to refresh in 24 hours, but mine showed 24 hours 1 minutes then never updated. I am no sure what caused this, whether it was just clock anomalies or what, but I would like to suggest an overlap option of some type where the person can select which day they wish to review, whether that is a 5 minute or a 1 hour window or the entire day before. This would be a nice option in cases time zones or clocks are not exact, especially if traveling.

  8. Flags Time

    What is this amateur hour with flags? Some are to be flipped 90° left, some right and the USA flag is a mirrored version of the true flag.
    How could this even happen?

    Also, how miserable were these holidays bonuses? What's up with that?

    Salve, sto giocando a MTG Arena ormai da diverso tempo, poco fa sbloccai con 4000 gettoni d'oro le bustine protettive di Thalia, ma non mi sono state ancora concesse, quando vado a giocare le mie carte online non possiedono le bustine protettive che io ho sbloccato. Come posso risolvere questa cosa?

  10. online store white out

    after resetting everything I can without deleting my account, I am unable to make purchases in the store. when my usual "add card information" screen would pop up for me to buy more gems, I instead receive a large white box. this has been happening for a little over a month now. I at first thought it was a work in progress, but now I know that it isn't interference from my end, I need to bring this problem up.

  11. Can't use the shop to buy products with anything but ingame currency!

    Whenever I try to buy anything that isn't priced with Gems or Gold, the window crashes and shows me an error message.
    I looked on the internet but didn't find anything helpful.

    Oh yeah, the translation is simple: The named program isn't working anymore. ;)

  12. card style double purchase - please refund.

    Hi there

    I just purchased the Lurrus Card Style. I didn¨t realise that i already own that card style. The system allowed me to still buy the style, that is a bug in my opinion.

    Please refund the 2000 gold spent.

  13. Compré el pase de maestría y no recibí algunas recompensas.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  14. Zendikar packs not giving missing Mythics, giving 20 gems when I still need 18 Mythics.

    I am very upset. I opened 7 Zendikar packs today, and received 20 gems each, was surprised that I had all my mythics, thought I was still missing some...

    I am... I still need 18 copies of various Mythics.

    Take the gems back, and issue the Mythics please.

  15. pack opening does not work if another pack is already opened

    Tried opening some packs that had built up but after opening the first batch of Eldraine, I went to Zendikar and it still showed a pack of Eldraine down below. No big deal but after opening 10 Zendikar at once it would not let me open any more though I still had 7. I clicked on the Eldraine pack (even though it shouldn't have been there) and it did nothing but cleared the screen of the previous pack's cards. Then I clicked back on a Zendikar pack and it let me open it but not the next one. I had…

  16. Game Crashes whenever trying to load pet

    The game crashes with popup showing Unity failure under the circumstances below:
    - trying to open store (which direct to the featured column)
    - selecting the pet column in the store (entering the store from avatar selection in profile which moves to the avatar column in store don't crash the game)
    - trying to change pet in the profile
    - after matching certain opponent, crashes repeatly happens when about to reconnect to the game (happen twice)

    The last one is extremely frustrating as I have already recieved 2 game loss from that. Please identify the source of the problem and…

  17. Bought plainswalker card from in game store, and it didn't show up in my collection.

    Playing on PC. I bought a chandra plainswalker card from the daily deals section of the store, it shows as purchased but does not show up in my collection.

  18. Zendikar Set Mastery is trash

    Your set masteries have gotten successively worse, and are downright vampiric in nature. The current one offers nothing for the last 16 free levels, which is garbage by itself. A friend and I have gone through to check the value of the mastery, and it is thoroughly not worth the gem count, or money. It does not come close to replenishing your gems, like other season passes for games. Rocket League, Apex Legends, and many others actually give your gem equivalent back by playing through.   19. Missing Hedron Emotes

    I am missing the sleeping and happy hedron events. I am level 108 in the mastery pass and have both unlocked. But there is no option to use them in game. The other three work fine.
