How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

My prerelease packs disapeared from arena
I claimed my prerelease code and got the packs before the 14th. Now I went into arena to open them and they dissapeared.
I'd like to know what happened and to get them back if possible.

Make and .apk file available on the website without Google Play Services
I can't play on android due to problem not having google play services.
Requiering having both a Google and an Arena Account to be able to play the game is very werid. And Arena Account should be all that is requierd to play the game on Android.
I dont' mind that Arena is is on google play but there should be an option for those that doens't have, can or want an Google Account to play the game on android.
An alternative to download an .apk from wizards of the coast website should be an alternative.1 vote -
Purchased a card with gems - it is not showing in my in collection
Looks like lots of people have had siilar issues ... Tonight I bought the Goldspan Dragon from "daily deals" for 300 gems ...It is not showing in my collection and so cannot be put into my Explorer deck (it is a legal card).
Please help - thank you (screenshots attached)

Experience bug

My MTGarena XP progression has stopped registering. I am stuck at 175/1000 Xp. I tried buying the next level with gems. The game deducted my gems but did not advance my level. It seems to be stuck. On iOS. I bought the mastery pass.Help?

Gems disappeared
I collected about 4000-5000 gems, not sure about the exact number. Today I realized that there are only 1600 left.
As I don’t remember spending those gems, I was wondering, if anything went wrong with my account or if I spent those gems accidentally.

Lands for gems
I think your store is bugged. It says 800 gems for a land type. I feel like that's a glitch or you are gold diggers. 800 for a set of lands maybe but no not one land type. Nothing but bad ideas from WOTC lately. Un f yourselves.

Basic Island Throne-of-Eldraine parallax style
I purchased the basic-island throne-of-eldraine parallax style (see capture), however the style added to my collection was the basic island parallax from war of the spark.

shop ate my gold
I wanted to set my deck apart and purchase some different lightning strikes. SO I did... I then wanted to purchase the card style for them. It took my 3k gold, and failed to provide me with the card style as selected. It just took my gold, and upon attempting to get the correct one I received an error. I want my card style or gold back please.

Nazgul Art Card Style Crafting refers to bundle in store, but there's no bundle.
When trying to craft the 9 Nazgul 3d card styles, the first one worked, then all the others only have a button to the store saying you have to get it with a bundle. But there is no such bundle in the store. I've attached a screen shot of the crafting screen, but I didn't think you needed screen shots of the store.

Purchased packs contained cards from the wrong set
This afternoon I purchased 1 wilds of eldraine pack using gold. When I opened the pack; one of the cards it contained was not from WOE (griffin aerie from the set enchanting tales)
Earlier today I purchased 1 WOE pack using gems, and inside it was the card curiosity from the set enchanting tales
Yesterday I purchased 2 WOE packs and opened them the same time. They also included several cards not from WOE
In addition to receiving cards from a different set than I purchased, a large number of the WOE cards cards were showing the "First" label even…

Wrong card style from purchase
Tl:dr 2 bugs; i was given the wrong card style from a purchase, i get a store error when trying to purchase the desired style
I tried to purchase the theros beyond death full art swamp while in the deck editor. The transaction was successful, but i was instead given the war of the spark borderless land. I am unable to purchase any of the other swamp variants. I tested with the theros beyond death forest and it worked as intended

At which rate does the wildcard drop rate increase when opening packs?
Not sure if this belongs here. I contacted MTG Arena support earlier today and they told me to post here. So here goes.
The webpage at https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates lays out the drop rates for wildcards in packs. It also states
"Each Pack you open that does not redeem for a Wildcard of a particular rarity will increase the drop rate for Wildcards of that rarity for the next Pack."
However, I couldn't find any information as to at which rate it increases. For example, the drop rate for a rare wildcard is 1:30. Does it increase as 1:29, 1:28, 1:27, etc.…

I don't believe that my most recent gold pack functioned correctly.
I just ordered the last pack I needed to complete my gold pack progress in the shop. When I opened the resulting gold pack though I was only granted 1 WOE card. Based on my set completion for WOE I should have received at least two rare/mythics from that set. The pack also appeared bugged to me because most of the cards in it were marked "first" despite the fact that I have multiple copies of them already. I unfortunately could not record the exact contents of the affected pack since the collection screen will no longer tell me that…

Trying to buy gems; store works until I click on a particular number of gems, then hangs with the loading swirl. No outage listed on the status site

Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game
I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.
I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.
After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to…

Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy
I went to claim my Free 3 packs for Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy and did not receive them. Curious if this is a problem with anyone else and if someone can do something about this. Thank you.
