How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    J’ai ouvert plusieurs boosters et j’ai reçu des gemmes à la place de carte rare / rare mythique alors que je n’ai pas encore obtenu les cartes rares de la collection Fondation. Normalement on reçoit des gemmes seulement après avoir obtenu toutes les rares en X4 et exemplaires

  2. Pioneer Masters Mythic Packs are bugged

    (1) When openig Pioneer Masters mythic packs, I keep getting gems instead of missing mythic cards. (I invest 260 gems just to get 40 back instead of a mythic card).
    (2) Your support-team should not be called support. No one is dealing with my issue. I was asking for a refund but I was just beeing ignored. You're all a bunch of frauds.
    (3) I reported this issue twice in the customer support section. The first time, I was ignored, the second time I was told to report it here. I'm quite sure, it wil be ignored as well.

    Hello. I purchased Maze’s End borderless card style on iOS for 3000 gold and card style in collection show card same as Pioneer masters version. I’d like fixing the card style or refund. Thanks

  6. BIG trouble with payment in store - NEVER able to pay

    I wanted to purchase the planeswalker bundle so that I coud participate to the Explorer Qualifier Play-in (BO1). I tried paying with two different cards, with PayPal, NOTHING works !
    It's not the first time I'm facing such issues, but it is the first time NONE of my payment method works.
    It is very frustrating, and very problematic for MTGA if their payment system is that much of a failure. If nothing happens, well, MTGA will NEVER get my money again... And not even because i didn't want it to happen.
    The best part is the software crashing after that…

  7. Card Purchase Bug - Gold Subtracted, but Cards Not Appearing in Collection

    Hello Magic Arena team,

    I would like to report an issue I encountered when attempting to purchase cards with my gold. I bought two cards, but after the transaction, the cards did not appear in my collection. However, I noticed that the gold was correctly deducted. I had 9,000 gold and now have approximately 3,600, which indicates that the purchase was registered, but the cards were not delivered.

    Please look into this issue and let me know the next steps to resolve it.

  13. Wildcard vault percentage increase per pack steady instead of decreasing as you get closer

    Fix the ******* vault progress per pack problem making us buy more towards the end by making each pack worth less percentage towards the the 100% is ********. Fix it or I won't bother with buying gems, coins, or packs with irl purchases. Sucks to be y'all.
