Alchemy: Phyrexia packs giving bonus commons instead of wild cards
I have had this problem before, and I think I was compensated for it, but I thought it was fixed. I am getting additional copes of cards I already have 4x of (in the correct printing) with packs that are not directly that set's cards. In this case, I opened an Alchemy: Phyrexia pack and got a Crawling Chorus (from ONE). I know that I was playing a constructed deck with 4x of the card, and I know how many wild cards I have, and the number of wild cards did not go up, and the collection still says that…

No gold
My friend and I experienced the same problem. A notification pops up with gold at the end of a match and then we check our gold and we do not have that gold that it was said

arena mythic pack is not working

MTG Arena isn't completing purchases in the cash shop
MTG Arena isn't finalising/completing purchases of gems in the cash shop.
My bank gives the transaction the 'thumbs-up' but then I get a white screen on MTG Arena.
This is unbelievable incompetence considering that MTG Arena is carrying Hasbro financially at the moment. It's incompetent that I can't report something as vital as this in-game. Wizards are lucky that I'm conscientious enough to report it here.

Potential Buyer lost
I wasn't able to make a decision to purchase "Shadows over Innistrad Remastered Bundle" since the set doesn't list if the cards are usable in alchemy.
This is just a suggestion to list playable formats for bundles/packs to assist buyers into making quicker purchasing decisions.

Golden Packs Counter
Golden Packs are only available from buying BRO packs, but the in-game display text says "Every pack you purchase with gold or gems" and is misleading.

Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

Error opening pack
Hi
I was opening a pack and lost internet connection for a minute. When I got connection again when I tried to open the pack it wouldn't open and a box saying ok appeared. When I restarted the client thr pack was no longer available to open

マスタリーなど購入し、使用可能な日時になってもロックが外れず
パックの画面に残り続けている。
以前までのは大丈夫だったが機械兵団の進軍のみこのような状況になっている。
再インストールやログアウト・再ログインも試しがが効果なし。

Buying multiple packs at a time gives no progress towards gold packs
When I logged in to get my Brother's War packs, I bought 2x15 packs with gold and didn't get any progress towards gold packs. I bought 1x pack with gold and it gave me progress toward a gold pack. I am missing 30x progress towards gold packs (3 gold packs), please remedy.

Game crash on IOS
The game continue crashing when we open it on IOS, it’s been 4 days now we can’t play…

Uncommon Pet - Phyrexia Mastery
Jus got to level 30 and earned the uncommon mite pet. Now everytime i click on the pet menu (either on player profile or under deck building) arena will crash and close.

Gem rewards appeared from packs of sets that did not complete the rares.
I got a pack of war of the spark as a decathlon reward. And Gem rewards appeared from packs of sets that did not complete the rares.

Bug
Hello,
For some time now, I've had an issue with collected larger amounts of coins for questions. Specifically, if two quests finish simultaneously, my account does not reflect the amount of coints I am supposed to collect. For example, I just not finished two 500 coin quests simultaneously. The screen told me that I won 1000 coins and I hit claim. However, my total went from 1125 to 1775 which is not the 1000 that I had earned. This has been happening for some time now. It happens to my son as well. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!1 vote -

o, I bught 2 boosters of the recent innistrad collections.
I made the purchase using gems, but after my game have updated I lost my 2 boosters.
