How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug ao abrir buster mítico
Após coletar 1300 comprei um buster mítico, travei a tela do celular para resolver uma atividade, logo destravei a tela e tentei abrir o buster e apenas apareceu um botão de "ok" e as cartas não apareceram na coleção.

Mastery pass rewards not working above level 80
Mastery pass levels above 80 are not yielding the Uncommon card rewards. Please fix / refund

Purchased card style not applied or available
I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.

Product Suggestion
Phantom pack. I have a glowing indicator that there are packs available for opening. But I got to Packs and it is empty. So there's some stateful variable that says I have packs but no corresponding packs.

No Booster shown which i got from a code
Hello, I got a Arena Booster from a code, it showed, code sucsessful, and at "Packs" is a point glowing for i have an unopened booster. But I can not see the booser an therefore i can not open it because i can not see it. Please help me, thanks and regards.

Bought bundle, cards in bundle not available to use
After making a purchase from the store with gold, I did not receive the cards from the bundle.

Purchased Card - Gem transaction occured but did not get the product
As title said, I bought a card with gems that was on sale the other day. It was an Orcus card, the transaction occured but I do not own the card.

wrong charge to my card, cost 19,99 and they charge 1.999 so i can not buy it

I lost my packs, I got 6 packs this last pre release (I got a code) and right now it disapoeared

Gold missing
40k gold missing from my account and I haven't made any purchases lately... it was there yesterday and I logged in today and it's gone. Nothing to show where it went.

I had a code for 6 packs d&d I got it at a draft and I used my code and it said I couldn’t get packs till July 7th but today I went to my packs an nothing was there at all

Appstore Regional issue
I'm living in Thailand and really need MTGA to be available in IOS appstore to be able to play. I'm a long-time mtg player and collect many paper magic. Recent development of pandemic make drops in LGS attendances. I see no reason why after claiming MTGA is globally launched there won't be one for download in Thai Appstore. I don't like grinding so there is a high chance I will make monetary contributions to the game. Please, give me a response so I can decide on my device and games I will be investing in.

Alternate Card Style Not Working
Bought the alternate art Den of the Bugbear when it was on sale last week. No matter how many times I've tried it does not appear in matches. Every other alternate/parrallax in the deck works. It is selected just like the other's. But the plain original appears in gameplay. Very frustrated to have spent money on this. Am very close to having the entire deck alternate/parralax. This would ruin that goal and cause me to stop spending money

App Store problems
It’s clear the developers don’t care or listen to the customers in the App Store every time you give a star rating lower then 3 and write a review they delete it even if there is no profanity. I’ve attached a pic of the last review I left and has already been deleted, I’ve also left better reviews and worse ones and they all get deleted so it’s clear none of the developers give a flying flip

boosters disappeared before being open
I bought 4 Ravnica Allegiance boosters with the 4000 coins I had. I went to open them one by one (until this point it was appearing the booster with the "4" under it). When I clicked the first one, the booster opened and it was a 4 or 5 rares only booster with a mythic wild card, and the other boosters DISAPPEARED. Now it says I have no boosters. And, in fact, even those cards from the only booster that was opened don't appear in my collection. I play tabletop Magic for a long time, and just started using MTGArena.…
