How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. I am not geting mythic wlidcards

    I can't get more than one mythic rare wildcard, whenever I would get one so that I would have two my UI still shows that I have one. I have lost 3-5 mythic rare wildcards this way.

  2. Did not get my purchase

    I purchased a bundle of avatar and protector but only get the avatar.
    Then purchased a set of planeswalkers and didn't get any card this time.

  4. Hendon Shrine Fail

    I bought all the Hendon Shrines and when I went to build a deck it says that I didn’t purchase them. I later find out that I can’t use them with the standard battles. Why are you selling them if I can’t use them?

    I would like the 4250 coins back please. I would have bought a Strixhaven deck instead.

  5. Mastery pass missing rewards

    I bought a pass at lv80. But it seems that only some of the rewards of pass came in.
    I don't know what I got and what I didn't get, but I checked that I didn't get a draft token and a pet.

  6. Mastery Pass mythic

    I purchased the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass today and did not receive any Mythics from my progress. I played until I got another unlock for a Mythic and I still did not receive it. How go I get the bug fixed?

  7. I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time i tried to enter the event, I cannot connect

    I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time I tried to enter the event, I cannot connect. I tried to reconnect, but to no avail. However, Arena still collected the 1000 gold fee. I have no issues connecting when playing Standard Best of Ones though.

  8. I bought pixel art lands and they are not showing on my styles when I add them to a deck.

    Basically title. I bought Pixel Art lands, they even disappeared from my store, and I can't select them as a style on any deck.

  9. No mastery quests

    I paid for the mastery pass but am not getting an additional quest queue. Just the regular one each day. With no additional quests, it's just a waste of money. I don't care about cosmetic cards from the orbs.

  11. I purchased the daily deal pack but the image wasn't showing.

    I purchased a pack thinking it would be kamigawa as the card style were from kamigawa, but the pack is kaldheim and I would like a refund.

  13. 対人ドラフト参加権について

    ①対人ドラフト参加権を所持している状態でマスタリーパスを購入しましたが、対人ドラフト参加権の枚数が増えておりません。
    ②プレミア・ドラフトでまだ2敗しかしていないのに、プレイが打ち切られ報酬が確定しました。

    上記2つの不具合が発生しました。無課金での遊戯ならともかく、上記2つは両方ともジェムが絡んでおります(マスタリーパスのためにジェムを購入しています)
    何らかの対応を求めます。

  17. Sticker Emotes clip behind store display when moused-over

    NEO Sticker emotes don't display correctly on MOZ in store prefab.
    This didn't happen on first time in the Store, but when I returned and viewed the store offer it hecked up.

  18. Bug

    Windows client.

    Store: Featured tab: Hover over the "Kamigawa Sticker Bundle" at the top of the border. There is an invisible hitbox above the actual graphic, and when the cursor is at that boundary, the icon animation stutters extremely fast between frames, in what could be a dangerous epileptic trigger.

  19. Purchases missing

    Purchased environmental sciences a few days ago and it still isn’t in my collection, but my gold went away. Today the exact same thing happened when I purchased the 4 new planes walkers deal . Paid 4000 or 5000 gold and now I have nothing . Thanks again! Should I just not buy the deals of the day?????? Please fix and address this problem

  20. Draft Token Disappeared

    I bought the 3400 gems to go and use to purchase the kaito set mastery bundle that came with the pet his avatar and a draft token at least that's what the picture showed before I used the gems to purchase it but when I went too any of the drafts it shows I don't have anything of the sorts
