How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Did not receive my 50 packs from the prepurchase with tokens and such.

    I have not received the prepurchase 50 packs with the tokens and such for Kamigawa. I cannot report it as the site keeps asking for login info and never goes beyond that. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hier et aujourd'hui j'ai acheté 2 boosters de l'extension "strixhaven" mais impossible de trouver les cartes rares et rares mythiques dans ma collection ou dans mon modificateur de deck

  3. Purchased card style not applied or available

    I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.

    神話パックを開封したところ通常レアのワイルドカードが排出されました。
    この商品の場合は神話レアカードか神話レアのワイルドカードのどちらかのみ排出されるべきではないでしょうか。

  6. Unable to login "attach fails to drop other attach" and "timeout

    Unable to login today due to these errors but the servers all appear to be up on the check status page. Also now a spinning white rectangle saying "waiting for server"

  8. Purchased Card - Gem transaction occured but did not get the product

    As title said, I bought a card with gems that was on sale the other day. It was an Orcus card, the transaction occured but I do not own the card.

  9. Add: Purchase and Code redemption historic feature.

    This would be insteresting, so you would know what has been bought in your account and would allow players to know what codes they reedemed, therefore they would know which ones they can still get.

  12. Duplicate protection on mythic did not give mythic card

    Hi, I just bought a mythic streets of new capenna booster pack and did not receive any mythic card, instead in the top card slot was a rare wildcard? That seems like a raw deal or at least unexpected. I imagine it was ob nixilis as I already had 4 but figured they should give me something else, instead just saw my vault go up like 2% (shouldn't it have been 4%)? Overall, very confusing and disappointing. Vault is ludicrous, you would need 25 mythic duplicates lost to get 1 mythic wildcard?

    I bought a mythic of Mes Capena pack and they gave me neither mythic card nor mythic token. They gave me a rare token, can I get a mythic token as it should be please.

  15. app for IOS asking for update the doesn't exist on app store

    Trying to open the game today on Iphone, the game is asking for an update. That update does not apear on the iphone app store. So basicaly its impossible to open the game.

  17. card style

    I just bought the "Golden Age: Obscura Bundle" and the only thing I actually received is the card sleeve. None of the card styles are available to use, it prompts to me to buy them again. It also doesn't show that I have purchased the bundle.

    I am sure the gems were deducted and the purchase went through, I even got a confirmation screen but the styles are not available to use in the deck editor.

  19. Mastery Pass

    Hello support team,
    I achieved rank 30 in the current kamigawa mastery pass but the golden koi pet won't show up in my profile section where i can select my pets.
    I did receive the mastery orb.
    Please help me solve this issue.
