How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

no bonuses
Bought 19 packs and got none of the mythic rare to common wildcards it said i was supposed to receive. There were quite a few, from the bonus wheel, and the packs I opened. Also the bonus wheel for the reward challenge wasn't registering this morning. I played nothing but red and green, and it only granted me a reward for 1 out of 10 games I played. I'm playing from my pc.

MoM Packs
Why is it that non-standard cards such as the companions and Sram, etc. Take up the rare slot on arena but, not in paper?
It seems like that's unfair to us on arena, especially considering that the cards hold no monetary value to us after we receive them. Unlike in paper, if we don't play these formats, then what's the point. We bought standard packs and received historic/explorer cards in the rare slot.
It doesn't seem fair.

mastery pass reward missing
Hi, I'm a new player who started playing in February;
Since I fell in love with the game I brought the mastery pass while sitting at level 66 or somewhat like that.
As of now, I'm confident that some mythic ICRs were not given to me nor added to any mythic I already own in my (little) collection because none of it showed up in the reward preview screen. I'm also fairly wondering if any of the previous rewards were given or not at all. I'll try to upload any log files from the previous days because it's been a…2 votes -

Daily store bug
Purchased Efreet Flamepainter from daily store and did not receive it! I did purchase it while I was using mobile app on an actual mountain so maybe that messed it up. But I have proof of the purchase and not receiving it in these screenshots:

MOM pre-order doesn't work - it just says working and then I have to force quit the app

Mastery Tree Issue
The mastery total at the bottom of the Mastery Tree says 30/30 but not all the orbs have been active. It looks like the orbs activated are out of sync from the 30/30 indication below. I know I'm almost complete since I'm 2 away from the 'infinity' daily gift. I should have all the avatars, but I do not.

Innistrad Remastered Pack Default is Annoying
For those who play Standard, the new UI is annoying because it autoselects the latest set when you go to buy packs. But the latest set isn't playable in standard. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally bought those packs... This is an example of bad UI design.

Currency translation
I am from Turkey and i have been using android for MTG Arena to buy gems etc. but recently prices for my country changed. Now it cost around 2,200 TL for 20k gems up from 950 TL. But 20k gems is $100 which is around 1900 TL so prices are not only up but it is even more than $100. A lot of gaming platforms like steam/battlenet/epic games etc. are adjusting their prices for our country because inflation is insanely high here. So a $60 game here is like 600-700 TL even though $60 is like 1200 TL.

Clicking through open store items breaks store
Clicking through an open daily deal item onto another purchase button breaks the store, and I accidentally purchase other items. The initial item I wanted disappears completely from the store until game restart, but pops up next to other items I click purchase on before confirming payment.
From the screenshots, I tried to purchase Atraxa style and accidentally purchased Geth by clicking through the dialogue. Atraxa is now gone.

Golden Pack
Hi, my Golden Pack progress is 9/10 so I need another pack to get a golden pack, today BROs has pack promotion in stock for 170 gems I buy and I don't get my golden pack.

I purchased the Falco Spara, Pactweaver card style available as a Daily Deal on 4/4/2023 but the card style does not show up in the deck editor.

Going to the store then directly to homepage leaves the golden pack progress and text on the screen. "Full details" hyperlink still clickable.

Missing footnotes on "REWARD DISTRIBUTION & DROP RATE INFORMATION" page
The "REWARD DISTRIBUTION & DROP RATE INFORMATION" page (https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates), linked to from several places in the Store is missing information. The text contains, by my rough count, about 11 footnote marks in the form of single* and double** asterisks. However, there are no corresponding footnotes on the page itself or linked to. It's unclear how many actual footnotes are meant to be there, as the marks appear on the same words several times (4 times on "cards", for example).

Bought ebondeath got brushwagg
I bought ebondeath through the daily deal at 13500. There was a display issue showing at ego death at 15000. I clicked on 15000 but got brushwagg instead.

Jump In! Event: my hero exploded (conceded) without me actually conceding on a won game. (really frustrating)
So I was playing a Jump In! Event and was losing the match. Then i managed to get so much value from Braids (was playing an Orzhov cultist/ninja deck) and i was 1 turn from winning the game and getting my reward. At the end of the turn I sacrificed my Skeleton and the I just exploded. Im almost sure I still had plenty of cards in my deck so I dont really know what happened

Store dont work nice
I bought a token token but I bought a skin/foil of a card. However, that skin cost as a draft token, 9000 gold. I don't want to lose the gold, what should I do?
