How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Champion Deck Not discounting for cards I already own

    If I go to buy the preconstructed Champion Decks from the store, it's showing that it will be charging me for copies of Blooming Marsh (the Kaladesh version). I own 4 copies of Blooming Marsh from OTJ. It would be a bit less weird if it was wanting to charge me because I didn't own the current standard printing of the card, but either way, it shouldn't be charging me for a card I already own 4 copies of.   2. Didn't receive alt art after buying it.

    i bought the alt art for Giada, Font of Hope and it wont let me use it, or craft it. the Alt art is bright like i own it but i cant use it.

  3. Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own

    This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

  7. Giada, Font of Hope Foundations by Scott Fischer cannot be selected

    Just bought the "Giada, Font of Hope" style from Foundations (https://scryfall.com/card/fdn/298/giada-font-of-hope) from daily deals, but cannot see it in my collection. I only see the Capenna variation (https://scryfall.com/card/snc/342/giada-font-of-hope).

  8. Mastery pass rewards not received

    I buy cards with mastery points but i cant see them in my cards collection. At the end I have either mastery points nor cards and i cant see them in mastery shop too.

  9. I did not receive a land package purchased from the store

    1) I bought the retro pack of icy lands with gold.
    2) I went to the Deck tab and tried to change the art of my lands, but they don't appear among the options I have, nor among the ones I don't have.

    EDIT: I discovered that the lands are only available in Historic format. This information SHOULD be provided at the time of purchase.

  11. Mac Epic Games Arena Client is Failing to Change Payment Method

    I am using Epic Games to play MTG Arena on my Mac, I have recently started experiencing an issue with payments and with accessing my payment settings in the store. When I try to buy something that would require my credit card, the store goes into an infinite "Waiting for the Server..." loop, and the same error occurs when I try and "Change Payment Method" in the store. Is there an existing bug for this on the Mac OS? Unfortunately this is preventing me from adding gems to my account and preventing me from accessing any drafts or events, I…

  14. Magic the Gathering Foundation packs do not include all cards

    Many of the cards in the Magic the Gathering Foundation set are unavailable through store-purchased packs. This is absurd and requires substantial wildcard consumption to address.

    You need to fix this and provide adequate recompense to make us whole.

  16. Store bundles don’t tell you how many gems they give you

    The one-time spark and planeswalker bundles indicate that they contain gems, but don’t tell you the amount of gems you’ll receive if you buy them. Trying to tap or tap+hold on the offer still doesn’t provide information. The same is true if you try to proceed to purchase. You should probably consider telling people how many gems they will get if you want them to pay money for it 🙃

  17. Ogre Chitterlord Art Style not being added on the account after store purchase- Bug

    In the past I have tried to purchase the extended art style for Ogre Chitterlord and it was bugged because it won't give you the style but still takes your gems. It's still bugged. Please give me my 1,000 gems back. It's disappointing this hasn't been fixed and the card has been in the game for more than a year :(

  18. Gold Freeze Glitch

    I am not receiving any gold from wins while playing standard ranked matches, even though i have more daily wins left. I am stuck at 11,100 despite having 3 wins or so since I got to 11,000. Before the glitch i swapped a daily quest, and played more ranked matches. I didn't touch the deck editor, or any other screens. I tried to close the app and reload, I've tried to log out and log back in, nothing seems to update my gold count. I do remember being at 11,000 exactly, so i would expect my gold count to have…
