How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Magic: The Gathering Arena Mobile early access not avaliable even tough device excedes minimum requirements.

    I am unable to visit the Google play store page for the MTG Arena Mobile early access app from within Google play. If i enter the store page from an external link, there is no option to install and a message that says "Your device isnt compatible with this version"

    My device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. It has a Snapdragon 855 and 6 GB ram. So it meets the minimum requirements.

    I hope you can add support soon so i can try out the app.

  2. Mobile Update App

    Freshly downloaded app from the google play store. App downloads and extracts files. Once I log in I'm told I need to visit the app store to download an update because my client is old.

    Google play must me unaware of this as I'm not given the option to update. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app and received the same error a couple times in a row now.

    I'm on a Galaxy S9+ with all OS updates installed.

  3. Promo Code box missing in mobile app

    So I noticed that the promo code box/field is missing in the store menu on the mobile app, not sure if that is just a feature that need to be added but noticed it gone.

    Steps:
    1.Start up game
    2. Once you are on the home page go to store
    3. Once store page is loaded you will see that the promo code box in the top right is missing.

    I opened 8 packs of Kaldheim and got the same rare in 3 of the packs, most of the rares I received were duplicates

  8. Buy several card packs at once.

    For example, I'm about to buy more than 130 kaldheim packs with gold... that will be 390 clicks.
    Please, consider adding in the future a way to buy a customizable number of packs at the same time.

  11. Lost Connection Mid-Download

    Hello,
    So far I downloaded Arena on my Samsung galaxy Note 9. When it tried downloading the additional files, it lost connection to the server.
    Now when I try to load it, all I get is a black screen.
    Please let me know any fix. In the meantime, I will try re-installing.

  12. Cannot Download On Supported Mobile Device

    Hello,

    It says my device isn't compatible....I have a note 10+ 5g. I meet all recommended specs so I'm confused as to what's going on. I have been waiting for the mobile version for years and I even double and triple checked my phone would work with the specs provided and it most certainly does. Could you please let me know if this is a bug or if my phone somehow doesn't meet the requirements.

  13. Error occurs when redeeming code again

    Exactly the same as last time:

    Entered "TryKaldheim" and popped out a success. But an error occurred afterward. Why you never tried to fix it?

  14. Unable to change payment method

    When trying to change the payment method in the store (on PC), the pop-up screen is completely white and I am unable to enter any details. To reproduce this I open the store, and the click change payment method in the bottom right corner.

    I went to the store to purchase the intro pack.
    I'm using PC.
    I can't find a way to change the language to English.

  17. 20 gem "rare" cards don't actually give gems.

    Opened 3 packs and got 2 "20 gem" cards, but didn't get any gems.

  18. cannot buy on Mac

    I wan't to buy the 49.99e khaldeim pack. I can't with the Mac version. The popup to enter the card details is written in very small characters (see attached), and I can't enter the 16 digits of my credit card. Only 8 digits are accepted. This is a recurring issue. I had to install the software on a PC to buy the previous pack. Can you please fix this?

  19. Client crashes upon entering store or starting a match

    The client is crashing upon entering the store or starting a match. I've attempted to reinstall but the problem remains. This has been happening since the last update. Client version is 1.1501.1.3348 (33.48.838913)

    I've attached my logs, system specs, and video of it crashing when entering store

  20. Not gaining any gems

    1. Opening a pack containing a mythic of which you already own 4 copies.
    2. PC
    3. Not receiving the 40 gems which are shown on the mythic replacement card.
    4. Receiving the gems shown on the mythic replacement card.

    I only opened these packs now because i know i have the set pretty much completed and needed a few more gems for draft so i was very aware of my gem count and didnt get the 40 gems added twice, no idea how often that happened before but guessing its a lot.
    As a solution/suggestion how about reimbursing me those gems?
