How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Payments from Russia

    Wizards plz allow payments from Russia. Nowdays USA President avoids sanctions on Russia, but you still behind political agenda. Russia and USA are friends and partners!
    Also in Russia there many good magic players and they wont pay u for gems)

  5. purchased card styles not showing up

    I purchased the alchemy style bundle 1 recently and it is not showing up in my account. Please let me know if this will be fixed and if not how do we go about getting a refund.

  6. Did not receive Aetherdrift mastery pass card rewards

    I am level 66 and have not received the cards rewards upon leveling up. Did not receive mythic cards at level 58 either

  7. emote purchase

    Downloaded latest update on mobile, saw new sticker emotes in the Store with "6 days left" and decided to purchase. Was bamboozled when it turns out I wasn't buying new time-sensitive emotes, but actually the Aetherdrift sticker emotes that I had been avoiding up until now. Lost 6K gold to this visual bug. Would have sucked to lose actual Gems like I'm sure someone will.

  8. Bought a Deck through the shop

  9. Pack cards greyed ot

    I bought the 10 pack mythic and when I opened it it showed everything except the “rare/mythic” cards where it normally says “reveal” but there was only a “continue” button and the cards didn’t flip over. I tried clicking continue thinking Maybe the button changed with the update, but it just kicked me out. When I looked

  11. MYTHIC PACK - ALCHEMY SUBSTITUTION

    Have Mythic Packs duplicate protection substitute the Mythic card for an Alchemy Mythic card in the same set, ONLY when the purchasers account already has all of the Mythic cards in that set, and before switching them to the 40 gem default. Only when the purchaser has all of the Mythic cards in both the base and Alchemy set should the Mythic card convert to gems.

  13. Please, bring Unstable lands back to the shop

    It would be great if lands like the John Avon lands like Unstable came back to the shop!
    I couldn't get them at the time as I wasn't playing at the time and would love to add them to my collection.
    I would definitely buy them this time, and also other similar style full landscape lands.
    I hope my request can reach you.

  18. Champion Deck Not discounting for cards I already own

    If I go to buy the preconstructed Champion Decks from the store, it's showing that it will be charging me for copies of Blooming Marsh (the Kaladesh version). I own 4 copies of Blooming Marsh from OTJ. It would be a bit less weird if it was wanting to charge me because I didn't own the current standard printing of the card, but either way, it shouldn't be charging me for a card I already own 4 copies of. This was an issue that was noted a while back with these decks, but it seems like it's still happening. I…
