How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Client-error on code redemption

    i redeemed code (Starter Kit 2023) which was positively acknowledged by the client ("Redeem Code Success"). The client however only showed the waiting animation for a while but did not present the redeemed items and still shows the two Starter Kit 2023 decks which I created manually as incomplete

  4. MTGA is way too expensive

    I already spend hundreds of $ to MTGA (and MTGO), but I'm done with it since Patch 2023.26.10 (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/15739052065684-Patch-Notes-2023-26-10). After that, I didn't spent any money and I won't do it untill there is a huge reduction in pricing. I loved to draft a lot, and would re-start playing drafts if pricing policy would be reduced.

    Buenas, intento canjear los códigos promocionales ,y no me los canjea, dice que ya se ha intentado canjear, cuando no es cierto ya que es la primera vez que introduzco el código para mí cuenta de Magic, todo está correcto pero no me canjea los códigos y no entiendo por qué, mi cuenta está correcta y bien vinculada, y no me permite canjearlos.Ayuda por favor

  8. murders at karlov manor pre-order locked after set release

    I Pre-order the new set murders at karlov manor bought all the pre order bundles opened the the game day after the set released and it opened normal excpet that the packs says open 10 at a time but disapearse when i click on it and alll the other bundles are locked as well with the pad lock logo no idea if its my problem or its just a simple bug. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and downloaded it on my phone and on both platforms it was still locked. dont know what to do.

  10. Purchased Pre-released Draft Bundle but got nothing

    As per title.
    I purchased the Draft bundle for MKM.

    Upon Login, I can "claim" the bundle (draft, sealed tokens + mythic card), but actually I don´t get anything.

    Clicking on "Packs" shows that the Bundle content is still locked and "will be made available on Feb 6th".

    Please solve the issue.

  11. Purchased card but did not receive it

    I purchased Bloodletter of Aclazotz from daily deals on 2/5/2024 for 600 gems. The card showed up as purchased but it does not show up in my collection. I tried to report as a purchase problem but could not because it requires the purchase number which I never received. I do not know how to take a screenshot and I cannot get a log because I exited the game and restarted it to see if that would solve the problem. Now when I download the log it begins from the time I restarted the game. This is my first time…

  12. Received rare wild card instead of mythic in Mythic Pack

    I just purchased a bundle of 10 Mythic Packs of the Lost Caverns of Ixalan. Of these ten packs, two were wild cards, with one being rare and the other mythic. I would like a refund on the pack that gave me a rare wild card. As I understand it, the entire point of a mythic pack is to guarantee a mythic card. If an actual mythic card is not provided then the wild card needs to automatically be a mythic wild card.

    I bought the Lords of the Rings card style pack on MGT Arena / Steam.

    The purchase was confirmed, the coins left my account.
    But the styles didn't appear. Something went terribly wrong...

  16. Mythic Booster Gold Rare Wildcard?

    What's with spending 1300 gold on a MYTHIC booster pack only to receive a gold rare wildcard? The extra gold spent on the Mythic pack suggests you are guaranteed a Mythic, at least if you haven't completed the Mythics in the set, which I had not.

    This is the second time I have spent the 1300 to get a MYTHIC booster pack, only to receive a regular gold rare wildcard from it. I doubt i will be purchasing more of those.

    This seems like false advertising. A scam of sorts. If you purchase a Mythic booster, you should ONLY be…

  17. Cards from packs all show as new when opening on Android

    When opening packs on my android all cards show as new, except for ones that have been opened before within the same instance. IE if I restart Arena, they go back to all showing as new. Would be nice it it actually checked my collection and didn't show every card as being "new"

    I’m on mobile, and I went to the in game store to buy a pack. I spent 1,300 gold on it, and lost that gold, but I didn’t receive the Caverns of Ixalan pack I bought.

  20. Missing LCI packs after update

    When logging in after today's update the LCI packs I had previously redeemed on my account (from pre-release code etc.) have disappeared.
    It was 10 packs "locked out" until 14th November. Now, after claiming the packs from the pop-up from the inbox there is only the 9 newly claimed.
    I have tried logging out and restarting the client but to no avail.
