How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Didn't receive the gems from daily deals
I bought the gems from daily deals, but I still have the same amount as before. Could you please fix this?

Lost Gems from Wonky Drafting Servers
Hello, I missed out on 3 drafts (4500 gems) while the server was being difficult the other day. I should have just stopped trying, but every time drafts came back online I hopped right back in. I was able to play the matches but my draft decks were always really screwed up and basically sealed pools. Will we be refunded for these events?

(1) Wilds of Eldraine (Mythic) pack purchase does not increase gold pack count
I purchased a single Wilds of Eldraine Mythic booster with 260 gems, but it did not increase the tracker for a gold pack. It was the last slot needed before being rewarded the pack.

Dominaria United Mythic Packs turning into regular packs on PC
Dominaria United Mythic booster packs switched to regular packs on PC
I purchased x3 Dominaria United Mythic packs on My PC (Windows).
packs purchased with in-game currency, not gems.
I opened the first pack, but was not rewarded with a mythic rare.
I then noticed that the packs were the normal versions, not having a reddish banner pattern.
I went back to the store, double checking that I did indeed buy mythic packs by purchasing an additional one, using the same in-game credit.

Redeem Code Failure: Code Already Redeemed
I recently started playing Arena again after a few years. I deleted my account a few years ago because I wasn't having fun anymore.
When I created my new account, I tried entering codes for free packs and sleeves. However, some of the codes didn't work. I got an error message that the code was already redeemed, but I didn't receive anything for it.
I only get the error message for codes that I redeemed on my old account, which uses the same email address as my current account. Is it possible that the system can't tell the difference between…

Opened WOE free 3 packs but 1 pack missing
On PC I got WOE free 3 packs from inbox.
After opening the first pack, an empty message box is displayed. After pressing the ok button I opened the rest of the packs and found that there were 2 packs left that I could open. When I opened the Collection, I found only the cards in the 2 packs that were opened later.
Then I bought 1 pack from the store to open it and found that it can be opened normally.

Card Misattribution
Wrong artwork attributed to Eowyn card. The image on the card does not match the image provided by the Tolkein estate for Eowyn, and instead misattributes a random image to the card.

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena
I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.
I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.
Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

MtG Arena Store Summer Sale Suggestion
The Summer Sale items offer poor discounts on items that many of us have little-to-no use for (more sleeves, alt styles, emotes, etc.). Why not offer serious discounts (75% off) on a 3 different packs each day of the sale? Allow a selection of packs from Historic, Explorer, and Standard each day.

I bought the Summer Deal for lands for 11,000 gold, but I should have been charged for less because I already had some of the items in the bundle.

Gems
A few days ago gems were in the daily offer, but they had an incorrect price (too high); I tryied to purchase them but i had not enough gold, i did a few matches and when i went in back later with the right money, gems offer was no more there in the daily offers and there was another offer in substitution. The day after i received a 100 gems gift because the price was too high, but i never purchase them cause gems offer was no more there. Please let me purchase them, i need those gems. Thank you

Explorer Anthology 2 card list
I made an accidental purchase on the bundle when trying to figure out which cards are in the bundle. There's usually a list to the right side, but nothing this time. 25k gold drained on a format I don't yet play.
Please include the card list on all bundles, because the contents are unidentifiable on my phone with old eyes.
At least they are 4x of each card, so that was a surprise, but this doesn't help me in alchemy :/2 votes -
Daily Gem Deal Missing/Insulting "Resolution"
So you send out push notifications to buy 400 gems for gold, left it up long enough for a few people to actually take advantage of the rare ability to turn gold into gems, then remove it shortly after, well under the expected 24 hours of a "daily deal"? All thats there now is card styles, no gems for gold at all. I really dont care if it was 1500 gold or 1900 gold for 400 gems, simply being able to turn gold to gems WOULD HAVE been great. MASTERY PASS UNAVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?!? i just grinded out to level fifty and told myself if i got to the akki pet, that the pass would be worth it, and i maxed out my xp and was still short... decided to just pay for the last level and now the mastery pass isnt available????

Entering Prerelease code and now I cant purchase other packs
After entering my code from the prerelease kit I got at my LGS now I just see the locked packs that won't drop until June 20, but I can't look at or purchase other set packs
