How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Purchased card styles
I purchased the Falco Spara, Pactweaver card style available as a Daily Deal on 4/4/2023 but the card style does not show up in the deck editor.

Golden pack information persists from store
Going to the store then directly to homepage leaves the golden pack progress and text on the screen. "Full details" hyperlink still clickable.

Logging in outdated
When I go to log in my client is outdated. So when I go to download the update, there isn’t one in the store, nor can I find one using your desire t link from the “client outdated” message.
I just put in $20 last night so I could play some Innestrad, despite the headache it is going to cause me with the wife, and this is the message I wake up to. daily deal trying to sell me basic lands I already own
Daily Deal is trying to sell me four War of the Spark lands. Usually if you already own something in the daily deal, it shows as "purchased" and there is no button to purchase. These have purchase buttons. I made sure I own these by putting them into decks and making sure the decks were playable.
to repro: on an account that owns all the basic lands from War of the Spark, navigate to the daily deals in the store.

Parallax style costs
The price of parallax card styles for Shadows Over Innistrad Remastered (SIR) cards is based on the rarity of the card's original printing, and not the rarity of the SIR version. Commons should be 2000 gold; uncommons 3000 gold; rares 5000 gold; and mythics 6000 gold. Grim Flayer and Ulvenwald Hydra are both rares in SIR, but there parallax styles cost 6000 gold, which reflects there original mythic rare printing. Midnight scavengers is an uncommon in SIR, but its parallax style costs 2000 gold, which reflects its original common printing.

Store tab crashing
I've been meaning to buy a bundle for SOI Remastered. The Store > Bundles tab is crashing the app without any error message.
I can still use other parts of the store by going through Profile > Set Collection > Store. The Featured and Bundles tabs are causing the crash.

Potential Buyer lost
I wasn't able to make a decision to purchase "Shadows over Innistrad Remastered Bundle" since the set doesn't list if the cards are usable in alchemy.
This is just a suggestion to list playable formats for bundles/packs to assist buyers into making quicker purchasing decisions.

Duplicate protection does not work with cards previously obtained in anthologies
If you open packs with cards that were previously in anthologies such as Phyrexian Obliterator, Fauna Shaman or Thalia, Guardian of Thraben you can still get them despite having already four of them.

Uncommon Pet - Phyrexia Mastery
Jus got to level 30 and earned the uncommon mite pet. Now everytime i click on the pet menu (either on player profile or under deck building) arena will crash and close.

Didnt receive card: Elesh Norn Full Art
I did not receive Elesh Norn, despite buying and claiming her in the store for 4000 gold. As you can see, I am left with 100 gold, but no Elesh Norn Full Art. Is there anything that can be done?
Edit: Forgot to mention the steps that caused this, but I had done this:
1) Logged In
2) Played one round of Standard
3) Saw a deal being offered in the store, clicked.
4) Elesh Norn was the first deal in the list, I bought her immediately for the 4000 gold. As you can see, the deal is gone, so…2 votes -

Packs
I used my gems to purchase 10 packs. When I opened the screen, I opened the gold pack that I earned. Afterwards, I was only able to open 2 of my 10 purchased packs before the rest disappeared from my screen completely

Elesh Norn Card Style Not Equipping on Deck
Purchased Junji Ito Style and it does not appear in chosen deck during deckbuilding or gameplay after selecting. This is occurring on a mobile device

Oracle of the alpha bundle error
I bought an Oracle of the Alpha bundle that was supposed to come with a copy of the card, an avatar of the Oracle of Alpha, and alternate art for the oracle.
I only was able to get the avatar, but I had to craft the Oracle using a wild card, and the alternate art is not appearing as an option.2 votes -
Unable to use cards when buying card styles
Here lately I’ve been running into an issue that when I buy a card style from the store, I don’t actually buy the card itself for use…? Is that possible. Shouldn’t I also get the card itself if I’m buying an alternate art style for that card.. seems like a cash grab or a trick if that’s not the case? It just happened to me when I bough the new “portal to phyrexia” card style that’s on the store right now. Any way someone could fix this. Or Atleast put a notation in the game saying it doesn’t unlock the…

I'd like to buy card styles for Command Tower and Arcane Signet
I'd like to buy card styles for Command Tower and Arcane Signet but MTG Arena won't let me! They were free as a promotion 3 years ago but they've never been available to buy since. If they have any free codes, these are not publically available.
Please either let me buy them or publish the free codes.

Product Suggestion
Hello,
The count of packets that i have opened reachead 5, then i boght a pack, with gold, and won a golden pack(its was in 9) , since the golden pack counted first i didnt won the rare wildcard with "the sixth pack" completion.

Store
Hi, I want to submit a bug in the Store.
If you go to the store and mouse over Sanctuary Warden (or any other card that produces a token) you can't see the image because it is off the screen.
I'm using the PC version.

No way to know what's in bundles on mobile
There's absolutely no indication of what comes in any of the bundles on mobile. Some people don't have a computer and still want to spend money on the game. It kinda seems like common sense to add some kind of way to see what comes in the bundles...

PC: can't purchase anything
PC, Windows 10.
Go to Store, click on any option which involvwes purchase (with $ symbol).
Receive 'Totally Lost" error.
In the logs there is error
