How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Opened packs using open all, only got one pack of rewards.

    I purchased a Brothers War standard pack using 1000 gold. I did not immediately open the pack. I played another match and I was then awarded a pack from the mastery pass. I went to the packs page and clicked open all. All I received new to my inventory was a single legendary card and a single rare wild card. The legendary artifact did not appear as a new card in my collection but I did receive a copy of it. I mean it was just one pack that I didn’t get rewards for but it was definitely bugging out.

  2. Frezzing up and losing a pack

    I completed my daily quests on my android and I was rewarded with a pack from brothers war. When I tried to open the pack my game froze up mid animation. Once I reloaded I had no new packs to open, I saw no new cards in my collection, and I'm on level 9 for progress. Level 8 is a pack and level 10 is a pack but level 9 is a blank so unless I'm not understanding something I think I may have lost xp progress as well.

    It's possible I did receive my cards but I genuinely can't…

  3. I bought the Mastery Pass, but I don't have in my collection the Brother's War sleeve

    I bought the pre-release pack that included the Mastery Pass and I have the tokens, avatar, play-in-points, extended arts but not the Borther's War sleeve

  4. Locked Cosmetics - Retro Frame Collected Company & Basic Lands

    Please stop locking cosmetics so that they are unavailable. Old basic lands such as APAC and Euro or even basics from sets before a player created their account are unavailable. There is also a Collected Company retro-frame cosmetic that is unavailable.

    If you’re trying to make some cosmetics rare then simply price them with a higher gold cost so players have to work harder to get them. But everything should be at least available for purchase so players can work toward the items that they like the best instead of stockpiling gold or using gold to purchase cosmetics that they…

  5. Purchased but didn't receive retro artifact bundles

    On 11/15, I purchased all four of the retro artifact bundles (2 with gold and 2 with gems). None have shown up in my card pool. Using PC.

  6. Maestry pass not activated

    I have bought 2 maestry pass last week (brothers war and dominariaunited) wirh 20% discount, but it look like I hadn't bought it, because it isn't "activated". Why? Thanks

  7. Mastery Pass Rewards Displayed Incorrectly

    When you click on the "3400" gems button in the Mastery pass to purchase the Mastery Pass, the 5400 gem version that includes 5400 levels still displays the Dominaria United rewards. The rewards it displays are the Jaya profile, the goblin pet, the Dominaria set symbol, and the Brother's war card back/sleeve.

  8. Give option to purchase Preorder bundle with gems and gold

    With every set release in arena there are two pre-order bundles for $49.99. Please allow us to also use the equivalent in gems or gold to purchase the bundle.

  10. Bug- store purchase not reflecting

    Using iOS. As I opened one Ajani, sleeper Agent I decided to purchase two more from the store. The store took my gold but alas I don’t show the other 2 Ajanis when trying to build a deck!

  11. White screen for changing Paiement method or buying from store

    In the store while clicking on the "payment method" link or trying to purchase in € the welcome bundle pack (or any other bundle in €) I have a small white screen.
    I have the correct .Net package (as described on the support page reporting this issue) .

    platform : PC
    OS : Win 11

    I can't make any purchase using currency € (or $) the window supposed to have the information (VISA etc) is blank.
    I can't change the payment either (that was said on the article about this issue ) so I'm stuck.

  13. Economics + Mastery Pass: A game with two currencies but has 4 currencies which is becoming too many

    World of Tanks is a game of WAY TOO MANY currencies. I hope you dont add to the numerous count. Specifically MTGA has 4 currently: gold, gems, booster packs and random uncommon/rare/mythic rewards. World of Tanks has at least 10+ currencies.

    What makes the mastery pass too convoluted is how many currencies you are earning back as the 3400 gem payment. Rather WotC should strip it down and make a pass that has a clear outcome. Comparing Siege’s season pass: Its a guarantee you earn the content upfront (as its released throughout the year while Ubisoft earns a discrete yearly…

  16. Showcase art bought in daily deal today is only giving me extended art card and not the showcase

    Daily deal today I spent gold to get the showcase art for Junji, after buying it the showcase art will not show up after applying the new style. Not even if I go into the card on collection and select the showcase that appears there saying I have it. It lets me select it, then it shows the art has changed in my collection, but when I load a deck it does not appear, and does not allow me to have the showcase art in my decks.

    This company is getting bad, so many reasons. Please do better.

  17. Not Receiving Mythic Wildcard On Reward Track

    I am not receiving any of the mythic wildcards on the premium rewards/level up track in MTG Arena. These are rewards that I paid for so it's frustrating not getting them. If anyone can help or refund me I would appreciate it.

  20. Clicking on the Store causes the Game to Crash!1

    OS: Windows 10
    Version: 2022.20.1.4318.962619

    I was clicking on one of the Store tabs (specifically the pet one) and the game crashed! It happened also yesterday as I was clicking on the Packs tab...please solve this bug...it's really nasty!! :(
