How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Unable to find app on playstore

    Hi.
    I am a MTG player from Singapore and I am unable to find MTG Arena app on Google Play Store in my region. Please allow Singapore region to participate in the early access as well. I do not want to download MTG Arena from a third party website.

  4. Mobile Update App

    Freshly downloaded app from the google play store. App downloads and extracts files. Once I log in I'm told I need to visit the app store to download an update because my client is old.

    Google play must me unaware of this as I'm not given the option to update. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app and received the same error a couple times in a row now.

    I'm on a Galaxy S9+ with all OS updates installed.

    I opened 8 packs of Kaldheim and got the same rare in 3 of the packs, most of the rares I received were duplicates

  7. Lost Connection Mid-Download

    Hello,
    So far I downloaded Arena on my Samsung galaxy Note 9. When it tried downloading the additional files, it lost connection to the server.
    Now when I try to load it, all I get is a black screen.
    Please let me know any fix. In the meantime, I will try re-installing.

  8. Store/ Language

    I went to the store to purchase the intro pack.
    I'm using PC.
    I can't find a way to change the language to English.
    I thought it would match the settings I put in graphics.

  10. 20 gem "rare" cards don't actually give gems.

    Opened 3 packs and got 2 "20 gem" cards, but didn't get any gems.

  11. cannot buy on Mac

    I wan't to buy the 49.99e khaldeim pack. I can't with the Mac version. The popup to enter the card details is written in very small characters (see attached), and I can't enter the 16 digits of my credit card. Only 8 digits are accepted. This is a recurring issue. I had to install the software on a PC to buy the previous pack. Can you please fix this?

  12. Client crashes upon entering store or starting a match

    The client is crashing upon entering the store or starting a match. I've attempted to reinstall but the problem remains. This has been happening since the last update. Client version is 1.1501.1.3348 (33.48.838913)

    I've attached my logs, system specs, and video of it crashing when entering store

  13. Kaldheim Pre-Order not Marked "Purchased"

    I purchased both Kaldheim pre-order bundles, but only the Booster bundle is marked as purchased in the store. Both show up under the "Packs" tab though, and I've been granted the cosmetic items for both, as well as the Pet for purchasing both.

    The only issue is that the mastery bundle isn't marked as purchased.

  15. Outline of Kaya sleeve visible in the background when selecting the Niko pre-order package in the store

    When you go to the "Featured" section and select the Niko Play Bundle then you will see a ghostly outline of the Kaldheim Kaya sleeve in the background (see attached screenshot to see what I mean).

    I have two arena codes from promo boosters I opened last night and I can't redeem either one. Arena just says 'Redeem Code Failure'. Happy to send through the codes.

    Acabei de criar do zero um deck apenas com castas de ikoria, mesmo tento 4 copias de uma carta (exemplo Raposa Florescente) ainda continua vindo mais copias da Raposa Florescente nos boosters , isso ocorre com qualquer carta que eu tenha criado 4 copias antes de abrir um novo boosters

  18. Store>Change Payment is just a white panel

    Hi there,

    as I set the firewall to block everything that isn't on its white list, I only get a white panel when trying to change the payment method.
    (I have .net 4.7.2/4.8 installed so the FAQ doesn't help with this.)

    I don't know how you open that panel, but I guess instead of calling the default browser as you should you instead call Edge, like so many other big companies?
    My suggestion is: call the default browser instead, as it will be in the firewall's white list connections will not be blocked and there won't be a white panel…

  19. Mastery page thext bug

    The mastery page has for several days now, displayed the text about the next set and previous set and so on, but the names fo the sets are still displayed as {previousset}{nextset} placeholders, someone's been sleeping on the job.
