How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Basic Island (Unstable John Avon) missing under Daily Deals in the store.

    On Janurary 26th 2026 the Basic Lands Cosmetic (Unstable by John Avon) appeared under the Daily Deals in the store but the Basic Island was missing and was not already owned in my collection.

    I have attached images of my collection after having purchased the Basics since the items no longer appear in the store after purchase.

    Could this a potential bug linked to user's collection? Does the Arena client mistakenly thinks users already own this item? it would explain why it did not appear in the store.

    Usually in the past, all five basic lands are available for purchase.…

  3. Game crashes on galaxy 24 ultra when opening the store

    After the most recent update on galaxy s24 ultra, everytime I try to open the store my game crashes. Im trying to get in to purchase the daily deal (draft token). After a couple of tries I get a message from my phone stating there is a bug.

  4. BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR ACROSS ALL DEVICES

    game is not working on windows/mac/ios. reinstalling doesn't help - i see login but when I login its black screen again. how can i paly the game that i paid money for?

  6. bought mythic pack and i get a rare wildcard?

    Crash on store open, able to purchase gems but Android crashws common on new update

    So my Vault was at something like 132% yesterday. I never redeemed it. Now that Lorwyn Eclipsed has launched I've lost all my progress.

  12. I can't buy anything

    Nothing happens, steam overlay is enabled, have balance, accounts are linked, idk. Hit the button, and I get a purchase noise, but nothing happens. Can't press the change payment hyperlink at the bottom either, just doesn't work.

    本日の日替わりセールで「尖塔断の運河」を2200コインくらいで購入したつもりでしたが、所持品の中に該当カードがありませんでした。フィルターがない状態でも確認済みです。そもそも購入したものが何なのか追跡する方法もゲーム内なく、対応方法に詰まったため、バグの可能性があるとみています。

    Windows 11, downloaded though steam. When ever I try to purchase anything it kicks me out and no longer links purchases to steam for payment properly like it did last month. I would like to buy items but nothing is working as intended.

  16. Pre-order Mastery Pass

    You took away the option to purchase the mastery pass via pre-order. Your reasoning was that it didn’t “feel good” or whatever that was… Well, I can’t imagine I’m the only one, but that was about all I was willing to pay for digital cards. I buy plenty of paper magic, but unless that option is returned, you won’t be getting any more money for your digital product from me.   20. Winter Sale offers not appearing in store

    I'm just back from holidays after 3 weeks off and was really excited to enjoy the winter sale and have a chance to get the awesome Ice Age card back.
    I went to the MTGA store today as the annoucement (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-december-15-2025) said the winter sale is from Dec 16 to Jan 6 (today), and I did buy a couple of items, but could not see anything related to the winter sale... Where are these items ?
    The sale ending today, I'm afraid I won't get the opportunity to get any of the great items and the Ice Age…
