How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Paid 250 gems to get the green dragon pet in the mastery pass but never received it.

    Well someone has to go and find my green dragon pet, as a responsible pet owner I am quite concerned for its wellfare. All my other pets are were they should be, but not my new green dragon pet I paid 250 gems for.

  2. Mastery pass did not delivery mythic wildcards

    I purchased the new masterpass today and after hours and obvious completion of all the mastery pass rewards I have still not received my mystic wildcards

  4. no rewards fnm code

    i put in the code from fnm and it says code redeemed successfully but no rewards pop up. has happened for last 3 weeks.

  5. App crashes the OS on iPhone

    Running the app on iOS 14.4.2 iPhone 8.
    The app runs as expected but once closed the entire phone is unusable and requires a hard reset (forced shutdown and restart) to go back to normal.
    Other apps don’t open, the search features of the os are non functional etc.
    This only happens with this app of those installed on my phone.
    The only thing I can think about causing this is the program getting hanged while closing

  6. Promo Sleeves Missing

    The Strixhaven promo sleeves for each College (unlocked with "RockJocks," "DebateDuelists," etc) were unlocked and available to me PRIOR to Strixhaven's release, but now that it's out, they've changed back to regular default sleeves, and the codes are no longer useable to try and re-access them.

  7. playstrixhaven code didn't give me 3 packs

    I entered the playstrixhaven code in the MTGA store a few minutes ago. But I didn't receive any packs. I should've received 3 strixhaven packs. Please fix this.

  8. Mobile App Store not working

    I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.

  9. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

    Windows 10 64 bit
    Time: GMT+1 07:39

  10. Gem bundles unavailable?

    MtG Arena on mobile appears to only have the first 3 gem bundles. I don't have an option to buy the 20000 gems for $99.99 even though the website says it should be available. Am I missing something?

  12. Buy several card packs at once.

    For example, I'm about to buy more than 130 kaldheim packs with gold... that will be 390 clicks.
    Please, consider adding in the future a way to buy a customizable number of packs at the same time.

  13. Compré el pase de maestría y no recibí algunas recompensas.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  15. impossible to join the store

    Hi, i'm using MTGA, in french, on a windows 10 familly x64 ( version 10.0.19041 )

    Since the 16th November, i couldn't connect to the store .
    When i click on it ( i saw it sparkle as if there are new things to buy ) i got a black screen with "waiting for server ..." written on .

    The 1st time i let it run half an hour and decided to leave the game and had to ALT+F4 for that ...
    Since, all my tries to join the store failed

  16. can't get to the shop

    Hello, I met difficulties trying to use the ingame store (the famous infinite "checking for updates") (I tried to access it from the home menu and from the packs menu). However I had no problem going in event (traditionnal draft) or in ladder.

  18. Return to Ravnica bundle land

    Hello,

    I pourchas the land pack of Return to Ravnica and I didn't get the forest.

    This bug is not reproduced on the one of Rise of the Eldrazi bundle land.

  19. Did not receive mastery reward

    As I went up to level 29 on the mastery pass I did not receive the mythic rare card reward. This reward is now ticked off in my mastery pane but I did not receive it.

    Opening a booster of Eldraine, recieved a 5th Alseid of Life's Bounty instead of an Uncommon token card. Can be shown that four copies were in my inventory prior to the purchase
