How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    First of all, I don't know if you're aware of this, but your website seems to do everything in its power to make it impossible to submit a ticket with your Customer Service. After signing in on the main https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account sign in page, this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us) still asks you to sign in if you want to submit a ticket. However, clicking on the Sign in button on this second page just takes you back to your account/profile page.   2. Guildmaster bundle disappeared

    After the last client update I can’t see the Guildmaster bundle anymore for my account.
    I tested on iPhone, iPad and PC, but I can’t see the bundle anymore in the store.
    Before the update it was there to be purchased.

  5. Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass Expiry Date

    I was going to get the Mastery Pass and finish getting to level 90 in time, but the pass now ends 7 days earlier than previously announced. at this rate, I don't think I'll be able to get all the rewards I'd envisioned. Is it a bug that the date has changed or was the date on Arena announced wrongly?

    Bonjour,
    Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
    J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
    Merci de revoir ce bug rapidement.

  7. buy multiple packs with gold

    let me buy multiple packs with gold.
    its so fcking simple, why do i have to click three times in different screen parts with another half second server delay to buy 1 pack? Its not gonna make me buy gems its just gonna annoy the fck out of me and waste my time.

  9. Add store option to buy multiple packs with coins

    Please add an option in the store to allow the purchase of multiple packs with coins in one transaction. Each set release I buy 50-75 packs with coins but can buy only ONE pack per purchase, requiring 3 mouse clicks per purchase. WTF?

    Purchased a Strixhaven pack on Daily Deals, but no pack appeared on the Pack tab. On Daily Deals the offer says it has been purchased. Purchased with coins. On Android.

  15. Didn't recieve Mythic Wildcard when purchasing Mastery pass

    I purchased the mastery pass with 3400 gems, and i should have received, among other prizes, 4 mythic wildcards.
    I received all of the other prices, but not the mythic wildcards.

  17. Mastery pass missing rewards

    I bought a pass at lv80. But it seems that only some of the rewards of pass came in.
    I don't know what I got and what I didn't get, but I checked that I didn't get a draft token and a pet.

  18. A Bug where cards bought in 'daily deal' disappear

    If I buy a card in the 'daily deal', the card I bought disappears and I can't find it. I've experienced the same phenomenon many times in the past.

  20. Mastery Pass Pet Rewards Not Received

    Only the Rock Elemental and Ondu Elemental show up in pet selection from the Zendikar Mastery rewards. I am currently level 83 and should have several more elemental pets.
