How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    本日の日替わりセールで「尖塔断の運河」を2200コインくらいで購入したつもりでしたが、所持品の中に該当カードがありませんでした。フィルターがない状態でも確認済みです。そもそも購入したものが何なのか追跡する方法もゲーム内なく、対応方法に詰まったため、バグの可能性があるとみています。

  2. Cannot make purchases windows 11 & Steam

    I can no longer purchase items. When I click buy it simply goes back and no longer links to steam for transactions. this happened when you put the pre-orders for the new cards up. So what ever you all did in that patch broke it. And like everybody else could you please give us a way to turn off sparky?

  3. Cannot Purchase Items

    Windows 11, downloaded though steam. When ever I try to purchase anything it kicks me out and no longer links purchases to steam for payment properly like it did last month. I would like to buy items but nothing is working as intended.

  4. Pre-order Mastery Pass

    You took away the option to purchase the mastery pass via pre-order. Your reasoning was that it didn’t “feel good” or whatever that was… Well, I can’t imagine I’m the only one, but that was about all I was willing to pay for digital cards. I buy plenty of paper magic, but unless that option is returned, you won’t be getting any more money for your digital product from me.   8. Winter Sale offers not appearing in store

    I'm just back from holidays after 3 weeks off and was really excited to enjoy the winter sale and have a chance to get the awesome Ice Age card back.
    I went to the MTGA store today as the annoucement (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-december-15-2025) said the winter sale is from Dec 16 to Jan 6 (today), and I did buy a couple of items, but could not see anything related to the winter sale... Where are these items ?
    The sale ending today, I'm afraid I won't get the opportunity to get any of the great items and the Ice Age…

    • Purchased 3 Edge of Eternity Packs
    • Cracked first:
      • Contained Banishing Light
      • Said "First"
      • Thought that was odd because I definitely own copies.
    • Cracked second pack:
      • Contained another "First" Banishing Light
    • Confirmed I have copies (pictured).

    ドラフトを行いたかったので、3,400ジェム(3,000円)の決済をしたが、ジェムの購入をしたと表示されたが、チャージがされていなかった。
    2回同様のことをしたが同じくジェムは付与されておらず、再ログインしたら2回分の決済が走っていた。
    1回分の課金をしたいので、2回目のチャージ分は返金してください。

  12. Daily Deal Purchase didn't get Foundations Pack. Paid 900G, had 3 packs already, purchased Foundations pack, still have 3 packs .

    Win 11, up to date.
    Having multiple Graphics issues (no graphics on Packs and Cards) BUT this is about a Store purchase.
    Have 3 unopened Airbender packs already (packs appear black-graphics issue).
    Went to Daily Deals. Purchased Foundations pack for 900G. Go to Packs, still only have the 3 Airbender packs.
    What gives?

    2025.12.30. I bought a discount Foundations pack today in the daily deals for 900 Gold and THE RARE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY 20 GEMS but I have NOT COMPLETED my collection of rares from the set! Can I have a replacement pack or reimbursement, please?

  14. Fix Item Exclusivity in Adventurer, Spark, and Planeswalker Bundles to Preserve Arena’s Clean F2P Model

    MTG Arena has one of the cleanest free-to-play models in existence. From the first minute, the game teaches a simple, powerful rule:

    “If you play, you can earn everything.”
    Money only saves time.

    That rule is Arena’s identity. It’s why the economy feels fair, why progression feels meaningful, and why spending money is optional instead of coerced.

    Right now, the only blemish on this nearly perfect system is three bundle-exclusive items:

    • Adventurer Bundle
    • Spark Bundle
    • Planeswalker Bundle

    On November 24th at around 11:20 PM, I purchased 10 regular packs of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” using gold in MTG Arena and then opened a Golden Pack. However, from the Golden Pack, I received only one card from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
    To confirm, I made the same purchase again and opened a second Golden Pack, but once again I received only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”

  17. Unable to purchase 20,000 Gem Pack

    I am getting a “duplicate” error message whenever I try to purchase the 20,000 Gem or 40,000 Gem pack. This only happens for these specific packs. Is there a limit of how many times this pack is purchasable?

    This is on Android OS, tried using 2 different devices (Samsung Tab S7 and Moto Razer Ultra.

  18. Can't make purchase, store hangs on "Waiting for the server"

    Running MTGA on Mac OS 15.6, it's impossible to purchase the Planeswalker Bundle. When I confirm the purchase, the application hangs indefinitely on the "Waiting for the server..." modal.

    Restarting the app, repairing game files, logging out and back in, and reinstalling Arena did not fix this issue.

  20. Waiting for Server

    Everytime I am in the store and click on the button to purchase Gems, I get the black screen overlay with the message "Waiting for server" and the application gets stuck on this loading screen. Normally, I get a popup window within the app to make a purchase but that window never opens, just the waiting for server message. I think this started happening with the Avatar release. I am on a Macbook Pro with an M1 chip.
