How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Oko winter avatar needlessly sexualized
The winter avatar with Oko is needlessly sexualized, focusing on his naked abdomen and chest.

December 16th's Gold Reward
So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.

Can't buy items in store. Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. Last purchase was the Avatar bundles. Nothing possible since, either through Epic or Steam.

Every day I go to the store and attempt to buy gems, in vain. Please fix the bug that now prevents me from purchasing anything in the store (since shortly after release of Avatar--I was able to buy the bundles, but nothing since) on Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. This is true whether I load game from Epic games or from Steam (though the behavior is different from the two launch platforms).

構築済みデッキの「ワイルドカード〇〇枚分!」表記の問題
ストアにある構築済みデッキに「ワイルドカード13000枚分!」みたいな表記がありますが、100枚しか収録されていない以上どう考えてもワイルドカード13000枚分にはなりません。
おそらく翻訳の問題なのだと思われますが、もとはWildcard Valueといわれるジェム換算?のものらしくワイルドカードの枚数ではないようです。(ジェム換算なのにWildcard Valueって言われるのもわけわからないですがそれはともかく)
現在の表記ですと優良誤認の状態になっているので適切な文言に修正したほうが良いと思います。1 vote -
When opening a Mythic pack I received a rare wildcard instead of a Mythic card

It is not possible to purchase items in the store on Macbook Air running Tahoe 26.1, either through Epic Games or through Steam. Would really like to be able to give you my money.

Didn’t receive craft tokens
I paid the 20$ for the mythic craft token and tried to craft a card but then realized I didn’t receive them even though it said the payment went through so I thought maybe I miss clicked and tried it again and I still didn’t receive the product so now I’m down 40$ and still don’t have the mythic craft tokens

purchased card wasn't standard legal without pre-warning
Purchased Treasure Hunt from store, but it never told me it wasn't compatible with standard format. When craft cards from wildcards it shows this info, why doesn't it in store? I don't, nor ever will, play historic... very shady
