How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    There's an error on the portuguese translation where the card says "X/X" instead of "-X/-X". Is it possible to fix it? Thanks!

  2. Error in Translation in the card "Akiri, Viajante Destemida"

    A carta "Akiri, Viajante Destemida" foi traduzida erroneamente, no seu texto em inglês, a carta está "desvire a criatura", quando tentei usar o efeito em draft, fui penalizado devido o efeito real da carta ter efeito contrário ao que diz a tradução. Em inglês a carta diz "tap the creature"

  3. 破壊放題のテキスト

    破壊放題じゃなく
    大量破壊の間違いでした
    四種類のパーマネントを破壊する
    元はオデッセイでしたが
    サンダージャンクションにも手配書スタイルで入ってる赤緑のカードです
    ワイルドカードで作ろうと思ってるのですが
    日本語はカードテキストがｗｗｗみたいになっているのです
    ちゃんと使えるかが心配なので
    早く直して頂けるとありがたいのです

  5. Opening text box on iPhone app can freeze entire iPhone

    this is happened twice when I am deck building and trying to search terms specific cards, but there is an interval of time if I try to open or close a text box that my phone will freeze up and be frozen for several minutes before it completely resets so I can't provide any screenshots because I'm not able to screenshot at the time.

  6. 軍団の詠唱の日本語訳がおかしい

    軍団の詠唱の日本語訳がおかしいです。
    「マナ総量がX以下である望む枚数の」は
    「マナ総量が合計でX以下である望む枚数の」でないと英語の翻訳と不一致です。
    実際にプレイしてみて3マナ以下はフリーで墓地から出せると思ったら1枚しかカードを選べず、そこで初めて何かおかしいと気付きました。
    熊のマナ総量は2です。この翻訳では効果を勘違いします。
    そして、私はこのカードにワイルドカードを3枚使ったという実害があり、それを補填して貰いたいです。
    実際の効果であれば作っていません。

  7. Erreur de traduction de la carte chevalier-conseiller bénalian

    Lorsqu'on active l'enrôlement, la faveur donne un marqueur +1/+1 au lieu du lien de vie comme indiqué sur la carte en français.
    Il s'avère qu'en anglais, la faveur est bien un marqueur +1/+1.

  8. Benalish Knight-Counselor French translation is wrong

    Benalish Knight-Counselor's (Chevalier-conseiller bénalian) translation in French is wrong. The counter mentioned in French is a lifelink counter instead of a +1/+1 counter.

  10. "Crucias, Titan of the Waves" displays malicious mockery in emote

    "Crucias, Titan of the Waves", there is a problem that when selecting a card, an emote "wwwwww" is displayed.

    In Japanese, this problem is also described on the MTG wiki and is often pointed out on Twitter, indicating that it is causing a great deal of discomfort, but it has not been fixed at all. Surprised that this bug ticket was not created.

    The reason why it is offensive is because it means something like LOL in Japanese internet terminology, especially derision.

    There was once an Alchemy spirit card that was translated in Japanese as "wwwwww."

    It is a bug…

  11. 家の焼き払い　などにおけるデビルトークンの日本語訳問題について

    対戦中、デビルクリーチャートークンの日本語訳を見たところ、「このクリーチャーが死亡したとき、クリーチャーやプレインズウォーカーやプレイヤーのうち１つを対象とする。これはそれに１点のダメージを与える。」というテキストになっており、バトルは対象に取れないと認識して破壊した。しかし、実際はバトルにダメージを与えることが可能であり、残り１点だったバトルは破壊された。これはおかしいと思い、検索して調べた
    。英語の原文だと『to any target』になっているようである。紙のカードに反映させるのは時間がかかるかもしれないが、デジタルの媒体では即座に反映してもらわないと困る。日本語でプレイしているとテキストに存在しない対象にダメージを与えられた、バグだ！と思ってしまった。

    ダークスティールのハイドラのクリーチャータイプがファイレクシアのハイドラになっているが、これはどう考えてもファイレクシアンとハイドラの２つのはずである。
    日本語のオラクルが出る前でも、英語版から見て直しても良いのではないでしょうか❓

  13. Ovika, Enigma Goliath

    When i targeted Ovika, Enigma Goliath with Vanish into eternity it did not give me the option to play 3 life to get past its ward. Just treated it like it had hexprooof. Caused me to lose a draft tourney that i paid premium currency for. I’m ******.

    The Japanese version of Curse of the Watch is not modified to read, " that player each draw cards equal to the number of Curses attached to that player."

  16. Vhal, Scholar of Mortality Translation

    戦場に相手のコントロールする「熱心な学者、ヴァル」があり、相手のデッキは黒または青であることから、黒の専門化後の姿である「死の運命の学者、ヴァル」のテキストをゲーム中で確認した。
    その時、「死の運命の学者、ヴァル」の日本語のテキストは「あなたの墓地にあり～(省略)～クリーチャーを対象とする。それをあなたのコントロール下で戦場に出す。」となっていた。
    そのため、私は相手がこちらの墓地のクリーチャーを利用することは出来ないと理解し、それを前提に戦闘を行った。
    しかし、実際に相手が「死の運命の学者、ヴァル」へ専門化した時、こちらの墓地にある「ティアの勇者」が対象にされ、相手のコントロール下で戦場に出た。
    後に英語における「死の運命の学者、ヴァル」のテキストを確認したところ、「a graveyard」、つまりどちらの墓地でもよいと書いてあり、つまりMTGアリーナの日本語テキストに間違いがあることが判明した。
    この間違いによって、私はゲーム中こちらの墓地にクリーチャーを置くことのリスクを過剰に低く考えた戦略を取り、実際にこちらの墓地のクリーチャーが利用されることによって著しく不利な状況に追い込まれた。
