How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire
I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

New Product suggestion!
Hi Team, I have been playing MTG Arena since launch and have spent numerous $$. I love it. I have a few new card additions that I suggest be added to the Historic format to help "REJUVINATE" the format. Please see below and strongly consider:
- Murktide Regeant
- Hexdrinker
- Damnation
- Jace, the mind sculptor
- Engineered Explosives
- Blood moon
Please consider these as I feel they are FUN & competitive cards that will not "break" the format and only help draw in additional players.

Bug
Had a chance to finally get to 6 wins in a premier draft. Long story short, it was fairly early game but I had a Lucky Clover out. My opponent had 2 creatures our of 3 or less toughness at the time and when I cast a Scorching Dragonfire, the Lucky Clover effect DID NOT trigger as supposed to and I was only able to destroy 1 creature instead of 2. Of course anything can happen but the surviving creature went on to be equipped/buffed and I was not able to get rid of it and it likely significantly swayed…

Instant replays
I’m not sure the exact analytics of this idea but I think an instant replay for the past X games would be a fun feature.
I’ve played a lot of mobile games in the past and a lot of them have ways to view old games, share them to social media, save them to your phone , etc. and I think this would enhance social interaction for both PC and Mobile users.

Elspeth Conquers Death won't exile Solemnity
See title. ECD is having trouble exile a number of cards, the most annoying is Solemnity. I've lost at least two games because the Nine Lives/Solemnity Combo, and can't exile Solemnity. Android

Chrome OS support
Please add support for Chrome OS! The app already runs, the installation process just needs to be tweaked (I had it installed before the devices were blocked on the store listing), and it has much better processing and battery life than my phone does.

Shoreline scout foil conjures non foil land
I paid for this cosmetic. And this error was fixed until SNC alchemy set (totally worth it) released.
Tropical island conjured from foil Shoreline Scout is not foil.

Deadly Dispute on stack with Portable Hole
What happened is this. I had a creature (serrated scorpion) on the battlefield. Opponent plays Portable Hole, I play deadly dispute to sacrifice the scorpion. The game feezes for 5-10 seconds and my card (deadly dispute) is returned to my hand while Portable Hole resolves and takes the scorpion. I lose the game. What I am missing here?

Enable iOS App on M1/M2 Macs
Please enable us to install the iOS version of the game from the Apple App Store on M1 / M2 Macs. You don't have to change a single thing about the game. Just click the checkbox to allow installation on the Mac from the App Store. I would like the increased performance and battery life this would yield. I would also prefer to delete the Epic Games Store, and this would enable me to do that.

Bug- Broker's Charm

5/1 draft record New Cappena quick draft
My opponent has 3 creatures I have 3 creatures. I have slip out the Back in hand, my opponent plays Broker's Charm to choose mode 1 and targets one of his creatures and one of mine- I am unable to see targets. When I click spell the spell does not have any text describing chosen targets. Sideswipe screen for spell but no targets visible. The game probably does not display this option to opponent- however the targets are publicly known.

Bug when purchacing packs with coins
I purchased packs with coins I had earned, assuming that any pack type would count towards Golden Pack progress. Purchased Capenna packs, but no progress. Is this a bug or can I only progress with Bro War packs? If so, If so, I would love my coins back, because that seems unfair, and should be remedied.

Change quest reset to 22-hours
Hello Wizards,
I truly enjoy the game and am a casual player. There are times where I can join on back-to-back days. With the current rules I have to wait 24-hours after completing a quest to receive a new quest. For example, if I start at 10:00 pm I can usually complete my quests within 2-hours. That puts me at 12:00 am, 26-hours later, to receive a new quest. Without quests to complete at 10:00 pm on the second day it doesn't drive me to want to play. If the wait period was reduced to 22-hours that would allow for…1 vote -
Clear the mind card
Broken card! Can infinitely recharge your deck with one card. Great card but so over powered. It needs to be changed so it goes to exile rather than graveyard so you get one refresh per card while holding a maximum of 4 in your deck.

tyvar
When you try to make a deck using either Nahiri or Tyvar as commanders for Historic Brawl decks the game won't allow it.
Whenever the game understands you want Tyvar as your commander it reverts back to its Standard form. No matter how you try to do this, it always leads to the same result.
To add insult to injury if after you put the wrong Tyvar as commander you try to add the correct (alchemy) one the game add it to the maindeck as if it were a completely unrelated card.

Kardum, Patron of Flames exiles cards face up instead of face down
- Play Kardum, Patron of Flames.
- Attack with Kardum, Patron of Flames.
- Kardum, Patron of Flames exiles cards seeked face up instead of face down.
- PC
- Cards seeked with Kardum, Patron of Flames triggered ability should non-visible to the player, and exiled face down.

Program Prone to crashes
Please sort the programming out.
The installer is incredibly inefficient.the game crashes while under no strain whatsoever, even in the home screen. Its not a hardware issue.
This software needs serious overhaul and optimisations. I don't know who your lead software engineers are, but they clearly are not very competent.

Searing Blaze Arena Cube
Searing Blaze did not deal an additional 3 damage when the creature died. Experienced on iOS

Not allowed to play ranked on phone
Not allowed to select any option other than unranked standard play, regardless of the deck type i select. However if i select ranked from my recent play history i can play, im just not allowed to press the accept button when i manually select ranked, it is greyed out and does not give me a reason.

Match history

We play several matches throughout the game, it would be very good (not to say essential) a history of these matches, so that we can review, a win/lose percentage, we are still missing basic things in the game.3 votes -
Leave Historic Alone - Please don’t rebalance the format.
If Historic is affected by rebalanced cards, I will be deleting the client and moving on to Heathstone or Runeterra. I’ve already sold out of paper magic due to my issues with development in all formats in paper. Game design since War of the Spark has reached a boiling point. Please don’t take our last bastion in Arena and affect Historic. If you must launch Alchemy as a format, please keep rebalanced cards segregated to only that format.
