How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Clive Barker Art
Essentially my idea is just a request:
Please, get Clive Barker to do a series of paintings for Magic the Gathering. He is the genius and author / painter behind Hellraiser and the Abarat series. His art is perfect for Magic, in my opinion, and he has a large existing library of paintings that he may commission out for such use if originals aren't a possibility.
A Secret Lair also is a must!
This idea sells itself.

Game keeps freezing and closing
The game keeps freezing and randomly closing when I play against other people and also while I'm building decks. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with multiple times within an hour of playing. This issue has been going on for a while now and needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!

Ability to downgrade wildcards
Thinking it would be very useful to have the ability to downgrade or exchange certain wildcards for more common wildcards. For instance, a Mythic or Rare wildcard could be exchanged for 2 uncommon wildcards, or 4 common wildcards, or an uncommon could be exchanged for 2 common wildcards.

I need to be able to install all my software to my D: drive
Please make MTG Arena able to install to my D: drive. My C: drive is an SSD that is not large enough to hold my programs. My D: drive is plenty big. Most software that I install allows the user to install to a drive of their choice. Why doesn't yours?

Codie Pet isn't moving.
Before AFR came out, when I clicked on the Codie the Vociferous Codex pet, it would jump up and create magical effects. Now, there is no response when I click Codie. I really enjoy clicking on the pets to see various animations, and I would like codie to do stuff again.

No Draft Rewards
Hello,
I recently finished a draft but I did not receive any rewards after the event. My draft deck is still visible but I did not get rewards and the draft is prompting to pay for another entry.

New Feature Request: Add Friendly Brawl to "Match Options"
Could you add Friendly Brawl to "Match Options" to give users the option of playing the format closest to commander? I've built several Commander/ Friendly Brawl decks on arena. I can only play these if a friend happens to be online at the same time. I would really enjoy playing this format against random opponents.

Blood on the Snow doesn't trigger

Enter the actual results you’re experiencingBlood on the snow (with snow=5) did not trigger the 'return a creature or planeswalker'' clause. Selected 'Destroy all Creatures,' the spell resolved, destroying all creatures, then nothing went on the stack to resolve the second part of the spell.

"Waiting for server" in the middle of a match
After playing a land on my turn the game froze, and then a "Waiting for server" overlay appeared on top of the match. The timer was running underneath. I tried to save the match by closing the client and restarting MtGA. After the match reloaded, it was my opponent's turn and I had skipped my turn. The land I had played was back to my hand.

Unable to change between Tibalt / Valki
Casts Thran Temporal Gateway
Uses Ability to cheat Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor into play
Valki, God of Lies came into play instead because it's the Face Side of the Card
There is no option to choose the Back Side of the card
I'm trying to look for rulings online about the interaction of these types of cards. Can you help me out if this is intentional?4 votes -
No text on menu buttons
There's again, no text on my menu buttons. Sometimes there's no text in the deck editor menu, so if I wasn't done with a deck but wanted to go play a game, I had to remember and guess which button saves the deck and which one just deletes it.

Missing Mastery Path Mythic Card Rewards
I do not receive any of the promised Mythic Card rewards when I complete the Mastery pass levels. This happened for level 29, 39, 49, and 56 (my current level). Please fix and provide the cards to my account.

Bug: Victory Constructed rank game WIN reduces rank instead of increase
BUG: In Constructed rank play I won a victory and my rank was DECREASED by one. It should be increased.

Scry bug in draft
Frustrante, no meio de um draft, usei vidência com minha land, e simplesmente bugou, não consegui sair, perdi por tempo!! Você joga tanto tempo para alcançar gemas e ouro e simplesmente perder por tempo por causa de um bug é muito frustrante.
Frustratingly, in the middle of a draft, I scryed with my land, and it just crashed, I couldn't get out, I lost for time!! You play so long to get gems and gold and simply wasting time because of a bug is very frustrating.

Traditional Sealed prize support
As of now, there are not many players who play traditional sealed deck due to gameplay reason. No one wants to play a match that could last ~30 minutes. If you want to bring more players to play traditional sealed instead of BO1 sealed is that you have to increase the amount of Gems/packs you get when playing traditional sealed at each win.

not fun. the list of cards that are not fun is too long. you need to **** can the whole staff and start over. grow up.

MTG Arena Acessibility
Dear folks at Wizards of the Coast,
I am a MtG Arena player and I really enjoy the game. Unfortunately, I know of blind people, who use computers through screen readers, that cannot play it due to lack of simple accessibility tweaks. I believe that diversity of players can only make the game experience richer, so I'm here to ask you to address this issue as soon as possible.
