How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Dig Through Time Unable To Finish Resolving

    Dig Through Time Cannot Resolve
    When manually exiling and paying for the delve cost on Dig Through Time, I was left with UU floating, which I could not click on to use, and the spell did not resolve. Upon quitting and rejoining, the UU I tapped was no longer floating, but the spell was still on the stack. My opponent could see the spell on the stack, but could not click off of the stack to dismiss it, and we both were unable to take any game actions.
    There was a small icon of exiled cards "disappearing" in the exiled…

  2. Cards changing during drafts

    During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.

    However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.

    Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

  3. Quick draft Matchmaking issue (outlaws thunder junction post update)

    My quick draft for rivals of ixalan cannot find any matches. It was working this morning prior to the OTJ update, but now it cannot find a match.
    I waited for 10 mins and nothing fired.

    Info on my end:
    I'm on android.
    My Internet is working.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA.
    I have closed and force stopped the app and still nothing.
    And the matchmaking in the jumpin midweek magic works.

    So what's wrong with quick draft?

  4. Fabrication Foundry Not Legal not in Draft Pool

    I picked Fabrication Foundry for my deck, but after the draft, the game would not let me use it. I would not have spent a pick on it and might have drafted a different deck otherwise. Please refund one draft token.

  5. Sideboard not displaying / displaying incorrectly.

    All decks, all formats, viewing previously built decks or creating new decks; the sideboard is not displaying correctly.

    Examples: Shows "15 cards" in the subtitle of 'Sideboard'. Only displays 4 cards.

  6. kylox's voltstriders ability sometimes doesn't work

    When Kylox's Voltstrider attacks, its ability triggers. To cast an instant or sorcery exiled with it.

    I had four instants and/or sorcery's exiled with it and attacked my opponent. The ability went on the stack and the button 'resolve'was shown. I was not in full control. Clicking the resolve button didn't do anything. Because this wat the first time playing with this card i thought i did something wrong. The second time i attacked the ability triggerd as aspected and a window appeared where i could choose to cast one of the cards. The third time i had the same…

  7. updating data

    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.

    I think this is a bug.

  8. Error updating data

    My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

  10. Error Updating Data on launch

    Getting "Error Updating Data" when attempting to open MTGA. This happens from PC and Android, Wi-fi and mobile data.

  11. Error Updating Data

    Until Jan 25, I just played the game on a PC completely normally, everything was OK. after the scheduled maintenance on Jan 26, when I launched the MTGA, then there's the problem: Error Updating Data.
    I've done those things trying to solve the problem, but not worked at all:
    1- Complete uninstallation and reinstallation
    2-Try steam, epic and MTGAInstaller.exe version, all meet the same problem
    3-Turn off firewalls and antivirus software
    4-try a US-VPN
    5-try another network via my phone hotspot
    6-restart computer after all other try
    7-Flush DNS and Winsock Reset, way as https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000834323-Flush-DNS-and-Winsock-Reset

  12. Call A Surprise Witness style not awarded from MKM Story Festival

    I was not properly awarded the alternate card style for Call A Surprise Witness from the MKM story decks festival, despite the reward being listed as given out just for entering the festival.

  13. Incinerator of the Guilty = Get Stuck

    Bug: When playing Incinerator of the Guilty if I don't have anything in my graveyard but I get into the dialog about collecting evidence and I can't get out of it so I have to concede the game. This has happened twice.

  15. No matchmaking for Starter Deck Duel after OTJ update

    I have been trying repeatedly to start a match in the Starter Deck Duel queue. Arena is not making a match. This is all happening after the recent OTJ set update today.

  16. Sideboard for BO3 is not visible

    I cannot see the sideboard for BO3 while building the deck.
    It seems to be possible to add cards.
    Also, I could see the sideboard as usual during the match.
    The versions are as follows
    2024.36.0.5576.1062784

    "all systems operational" and "no incidents reported today" how do you make such absurd statements while not acknowledging a critical issue like players not being able to log in for 10 hours

  19. Cannot Connect

    Stuck at launch screen since update started today (12/12). Device is irrelevant, reinstall is irrelevant - have used all prior troubleshooting articles. Customer service won't help
