How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Theros starfield lands not available to select for preferred printings

    The five starfield lands printed in theros beyond death are the only lands in my entire collection that can't be marked as my preferred printings which is deeply annoying because they ARE my preferred printings

  2. Incorrect Rules interaction: Hive + Injector

    When an opponent is corrupted, Skrelv's Hive should give lifelink to any creature that Prosthetic Injector is attached to.

  3. Deck Contains Cards Not in Your Collection - BUG

    Getting error "Deck contains cards not in your collection."

    This is incorrect, I have thoroughly verified that I own all cards in the deck that I've constructed.

  5. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild interaction with Vraska, Betrayal's Sting

    Ashaya, Soul of the Wild does not lose abilities after being turned into artifact and allegedly "losing all abilities by" -2 loyalty ability by Vraska, Betrayal's Sting, all creatures were still lands.

  6. crash when selecting a deck

    the system crash (afer 10 seconds) when i try to change the deck

  7. Phyrexian vindicator

    I have an interaction that seems wrong:

    Phyrexian vindicator and Ochran assassin are on table, and i play Ascent of the worthy, targeting the Phyrexian vindicator, so any damage dealt to my creatures is redirected to phyrexian vindicator.

    The issue is, when ochran assassin forces all creature my opponent have to block, Phyrexian vindicator will register the total amount of damage dealt to Ocran assassin, for each block.

    Exemple: *Opponent have Creature 1 (5/5), Creature 2 (2/2), Creature 3 (3/3)
    *Ochran assassin attacks, forcing creature 1,2,3 to block for a total power of 10.
    *Ascent of the worthy will redirect…

  8. daily quest counter not update 

    1.   Trying to complete daily quest (play 20 Red/Green spell). After few matches, the counter still shown as 0/20

    2.   PC

    3.   Trying to complete daily quest (play 20 Red/Green spell). After few matches, the counter still shown as 0/20

    4.   Daily Quest counter should be updated with play.

    5.   Tried restart games few times, no go.

  9. BAN ragavan in historic brawl

    ragavan is broken and banned in some formats due to its power when you have the option to play it turn one then turn 2 then turn three it is a un fun to play against. i just concede every game i see this as a brawl commander.

  11. Black screen on match start

    While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
    The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
    Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

  16. Wastes are getting wasted.

    Wastes are not being recognized as “basic land”. In particular, when searching a library. It’s being exploited by players using Field of Ruin.
    The opponent uses Field of Ruin to destroy a non-basic land, and during the search step, wastes cannot be selected from the library to replace whatever land was destroyed.

  18. Problem connecting to server

    I am unable to complete logging in. From the log in screen I go to the splash art, then it tries to connect to the server, as would be the last step before seeing the main page with tabs to events and others. It used to not go anywhere, but now it throws up a problem with "loading collection". I was able to log in a few times through desperation, as I wanted to complete my decathon event before the time ran out for it. Once was when I was logged in straight after reinstalling the game, two more times…

  19. Unable to choose second pack: Jumpstart: Jump In!

    I played a few games of the jumpstart event, Jump In!. On my third deck choice, I was able to choose my first packet, but not my second.

    On the packet selection screen, it showed that I had chosen the "Warriors" packet as "Packet 1" and the "Rock and Roll" pack as "Packet 2" but still requested I choose a packet. I tried choosing again, and it showed "Packet 3" over "Elves", and again I selected the other packet, "Roiling", and it showed "Packet 4". No resolution would get me out of the screen and into games, so I exited.

  20. The Stone Brain glitch

    For some reason. The Stone Brain causes games to timeout. It doesn't happen everytime, but it has happened to me on the mobile 2x and 1x on laptop. The card plays and doesn't let you name a card. This proceeds to cause a timeout and a loss on my regular and ranked games. Not a fan!
