How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft Win Not Counted
Playing in a Premier Draft event, I won a match and it didn't count the win. The Victory screen displayed and the event win counter was still at 1 instead of moving to 2 wins.

Couldn't cast "Reject" instant spell
I wasn't able to cast instant spell "Reject" twice during my opponent's turn, although I had mana for it.
The card wasn't even highlighted, very strange.

Game used my timeouts when opponent went infinite
I was playing against an opponent that went infinite with scurry oak, soul warden and heliod, but while the triggers resolved the game was using my time outs, even though I didn't have priority. And I wouldn't lose to the combo, since I had nine live in play, solemnity in hand, opponent had less than 9 attackers, and my deck win with approach of the second sun, so infinite life and creatures wasn't a problem.

Android Crashes Constantly
The Arena app crashes every 15 minutes or so. It's been doing this since the August 24th update. Please look into this. This is not a connection issue or a broken phone. The app crashes randomly no matter what. Please don't dismiss this as if the problem is a bad internet connection or a **** phone. If the problem was on my end, I would have fixed it instead of posting here. I promise, I checked and double checked my end.

Mark/Remember Players
I know how easy it would be to abuse a block/report feature in game, but if we could have a way to mark players-- change name colours or outline of portrait or little icons-- it would go a long way to improving the play experience. Even just two options-- one for players that we don't want to play again, and one for players who we enjoyed playing-- that would mean a lot.

Scurry Oak & Heliod, Sun-Crowned Combo Timer
For decks using the Scurry Oak, some life gain creature (typically Prosperous Inn-Keeper, Soul Warden, or Famished Paladin with some kind of enchantment or attached), and Heliod, Sun-Crowned, when they start their combo they are allowed to take as long as they wish to continuously make tokens and gain life. Rarely ever does their timer even start to count down, meaning that, if they wish, they could simply stall the game for as long as they see fit to keep re-activating their combo. Mac OS Screen Resolution
The "Resolution" setting only has one option in Windowed or Fullscreen mode. Part of the board is cut off (see Graveyard Cut Off) because the game display ratio is wider than my monitor ratio and it's being zoomed-in to fill vertically.

Draft Pick invisible
Went to make a draft pick by dragging it to my deck, changed my mind and released the mouse button, and the card disappeared and I was unable to re-select it. I clicked another card and it was able to pick that but I was unable to change it back to the card I wanted.

Can not sacrifice ollenbock escort during combat
Playing on iOS iPad
Premier draft
Opponent attacks, I declare blockers, ollenbock escort and another creature. Before damage I want to sac the ollenbock escort to pump the other creature. I am not given the option to sac the ollenbock escort and both my creatures die.42 votes -
Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Did not receive Draft reward
I won three games in a Crimson Vow premier draft. The reward (1000 gems and two packs) appeared on screen with the Claim Reward button, but after that I did not have those rewards.

Support M1 (apple silicon) on macOS
Please release a fat binary of MTGA for macOS that also supports the M1 arm chip. The CPU and power requirements are needlessly increased by running the game through the intel emulation layer.

Unfair function of Scurry Oak deck
Why I can create 5000 squirrels with my Scurry Oak deck?
I don't break any rule of game doing it, but when the number of squirrels is 40-50, my countdown timer starts and I lose my time.
Other decks can do his "magic" but this deck can't. WHY!!!!???

Solutions to combat stalling / roping?
Does WotC actually do anything about players who stall / rope games anymore? Reading the forums, it seems like they cracked down on it once 3 years ago, but no longer take active measures against it.
I suggest adding a rope under the profile tab that gets shorter each time your account is reported for roping, and once your rope runs out, your account is banned. That way people know their are real consequences for their actions, and that WotC takes player conduct seriously.

Game Loss due to Opponent Combo off
Game timed out for me while opponent combo’ed off, lost when it went to my turn see linked video. I had zero response was on auto pass for opponents turn, timer started timing out for me, opponent finishes combo and turn my turn starts and I can’t respond to anything game auto selects demonic pact trigger targeting myself.

PLEASE Add Ranked Version of Brawl!
We need a ranked version for Brawl format. Everyone I've spoken to that plays MTG arena and at my local shop is lobbying for it. It would give players an opportunity to play a more similar format to Commander rather than the vanilla, standard format meta games. It would also add revenue for Wizards as you would gain a bigger player base. Win - win for everyone, please consider!

Standard Ranked doesn't level up my bronze rank
Standard ranked games don't update my rank. I have played several games, not updating any win or loss. Profile doesn't update. I would to like to get my right rank updated asap before the season ends
