How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Standard Ranked doesn't level up my bronze rank
Standard ranked games don't update my rank. I have played several games, not updating any win or loss. Profile doesn't update. I would to like to get my right rank updated asap before the season ends

Got 20 gems instead of a rare
I opened a Kal pack and I received 20 gems instead of a rare. I don’t have the entire Kal rare collection.

Jump start bug
Jump start not allowing me to continue after confirming my picks

Bug ... "Jump In" event won't allow me to pick packs, or click the "confirm" button..also took my 1000 gold
Same as everyone else...Jump In event is taking 1000 Gold entry, but won't allow me to go further than picking one pack of cards. I can't pick the 2nd pack and I can't click confirm. I need either my 1000 gold back, or cards equivalent in value. Cause I know the event will be over before this gets resolved.

Black screen after update
Arena just updated and, after the mandatory update, doesn't start anymore. When I launch the game, all I get is the mouse cursor, that moves normally, on a black screen. No music, no titles, no messages, nothing. Just cursor and black screen.
I'm running the game on Windows 7. Worked perfectly just before the update.35 votes -
Skipped past second main phase in draft
In two consecutive games now, the client has skipped directly to the end phase when I pass priority at the beginning of my opponent's combat and they don't attack. In at least one of the games, this directly led to me losing as it didn't give me an opportunity to interact before a critical trigger went on to the stack.

bosca86 is cheating.
in addition to Bosca86 cheating, please can i ask that you either bring back older decks or bring forward new ones as i seem to play the same life link hand every time and its getting boring. i used to average 60 %win now its prob 30% and all done to the hand delivered. same decks just who gets lucky. also i play my friend alot at this game and we get no experience or anything for the time we spend playing. this is a shame as we love the game but it doesnt benefit us to play with friends.…

750 XP quest gave 500 XP
I completed a 750 xp quest shortly after reaching a new level on my mastery path. My current xp is at 500, which leads me to think I was awarded 500xp rather than 750 xp.

All of my emotes are gone
Playing on iPad, the client crashed while I was in the middle of a game. When I logged back in, all of the emotes I had were gone. When I go to the emotes page in my profile, it displays a message about how I can unlock emotes along with a confirm button. Clicking confirm takes me back to my profile. While on the emotes page, however, I can see behind the message that I have 0/10 stickers and none of the text emotes beyond the default ones. Please restore all of the emotes I had collected. Thanks!

Your opponent's stacking ability is over 100, and your opponent clicks on a creature each time to put a + 1 / + 1 counter on it. The other party's time should have been consumed, but my time was consumed and I lost the timeout.

Daily Wins are breaking the health of your play queue and driving people away
The behavior of players around the 15 daily wins is turning the Standard Play queues into one of the most toxic queues in the game. You know there is a problem when the common wisdom of the game is "just play Ranked, you'll have an easier time." This stems Directly from the 15 Daily Wins quest. Overhaul Matchmaking
So i understand you get a lot of complaints about matchmaking and I have a Suggestion that can fix this.
Matchmaking should create a pool of potential players using the following categories and then narrow the search in this order.
Play Time
Total Cards in Collection
Win Loss Percentile
MMR
Each category should give about a 5% up/down leeway similar to Dark Souls 1 matchmaking. This way players match with other more close to their level. If you don't find a match it increases the Leeway by an additional 5% every minute that passes33 votes -

Traditional Standard Ranked win not increasing Constructed Rank
I have won multiple matches of Traditional Standard Ranked and then realized that my Constructed Rank went nowhere. I am sitting as Platinum 4 with 0 pips when I should clearly have more.

Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001
I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...
I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.
EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

Update the Ban on Paradox Engine in Historic Brawl
Please update the ban list for historic brawl by banning Paradox Engine, as it is banned and has been banned for years in other similar formats (aka Commander). It breaks the core mechanics of the game by providing infinite mana loops within the first few turns of the game. Thank you.

Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft
I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
- enter premium draft
- select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
- drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

Common Wildcards From Vault
The reward for filling the vault is a little sad, at the very least it would be nice if there were 10-20 common wildcards in addition to the current reward.
