1. "did you have fun in the match" dialog should always be available

   You should always be able to access the "did you have fun in the match" dialog if you want to report that a particular match was fun or unfun. The periodic polling is nice and should probably continue but it doesn't capture all instances of unfun matches nor does it give people a chance to recognize which matches were good. I wouldn't explicitly prompt people most of the time but there should be a button you can push to report a match either way.

I would pay pretty much any amount of money to play mtg arena up to 4 players. 3. Disable enemy card hovering

   Do you approve of the annoyance caused by an opponent constantly swirling there mouse over cards and highlighting / flashing / whatever you call it?
   The feature has no value in the game.
   Please add a switch to DISABLE MOUSE OVER FUNCTION that causes card animation.

4. Ultra wide resolution needs to be supported in 2021

   Hi,
   It is about time 21:9 resolutions are supoorted, there are many players using this type of monitors and having 2 big bars on the sides is not a good option.

5. A player had unlimited turns by using two cards, grinning ignus and birgi, god of storytelling.

   My opponent just kept on return and casting without limits in 1 turn! What the ****. Poor game balance, this is a bug. Because they had unlimited turns, they were able to kill me. So stupid, who thought a card combo like that would be fair.

   While playing in Traditional Cube Draft, the opponent was somehow able to freeze the timer. This occurred right as I was about to win the match and the draft.

7. matchmaking issue

   I'm on Diamond 3 and I was matched against a Mythic #27, what is wrong with this matchmaking???
   Also, his deck uses an infinite mana loop (Birgi + Prismari + Goldspan) - so OP.

8. TOO MUCH REMOVAL!!!

   I swear, there is so much mass removal that it feels like the Republicans are still in office! What is the fun in constantly being told, "No?"

   Basically, whoever gets more denial cards wins the game when their opponent ragequits now. It doesn't matter how many creatures I throw at the board, my opponents can always negate them. AND THIS HAPPENS WITH ANY COLOR, not just black/blue! I mean, if my experience is any guide, almost EVERYBODY is running black/white mass removal because it doesn't just destroy stuff, it EXILES IT, which means that no creature is ever safe, and IT SUCKS!!!

   And who in their right mind created a Lesson that is COLORLESS and gives free land search?!? It doesn't even require green mana, so what's the point? Just run black/while with the lessons and EVERY MASS REMOVE CARD IN THE GAME and you'll win every time.

   It really feels like the current version does not honor its color heritage at all, and wants everybody to have all the toys; of course, that creates an environment where black and white get splashed into EVERYTHING for the arti/enchant removal also, and if you aren't using at least one of those colors, you aren't playing competitively.

9. The game uses too much battery on mobile

   I'm really enjoying the game, but it overheats my phone after 2-3 games and it just munches through my battery. Are there any plans to release a low graphics mode? I don't really need or want all the fancy effects. Just a basic 2D design that let's me play magic on my phone would be great.

    Player A had a green 4/4 with deathtouch. Player B had a 5/5 with protection from green. Player B blocked the deathtouch creature, and both creatures died

11. Matchmaking

    After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

12. Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal

    Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.

    Playing with him:
    
    Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are best served by using him. So they are pressured to ignore the rest of wizards' design space in that area.

    Playing against him:
    
    Obviously, this is miserable. How many players see their opponent resolve an Ugin and think "wow this game is really clever"? The feeling is more like "Wow, my opponent has just exiled all personality from the game. Why am I playing this?" Worse yet, the feeling begins for many players as soon as they see that their opponent is likely to have Ugin in their deck. I'm not against sweepers. They're essential. But usually there's some way to play around them. Some way to diversify your threats. And Ugin isn't just a sweeper, he's a single-card inevitability powerhouse that can also one-sidedly sweep the board in a way that's uniquely hard to prevent. It's not fun to see, or to see coming.

    Anticipated Counterarguments:

    "But there's always a 'best' card! Ban or suspend Ugin, and ramp players will just play something else that's only slightly less busted as their finisher!" Sure, that's true. But I think Ugin is an extreme example. His inevitability is unmatched by any other card. And since he's colorless, he competes against every other card. There's nothing else waiting in the wings that any deck could play, and that does everything he does, but just a little worse. Remove him, and deck designs can't just replace him with 'Ugin lite'. He would be replaced by a variety of cards that would need to be carefully chosen to fit the deck they go in. That diversity would make magic better.

    Sorry for the rant. I like long games, but I don't want to play with Ugin or against Ugin. He invalidates a lot more than he adds.

13. Lost Connection symbol

    When the game crashes or the client has temporarily lost connection. Can you show a broken connection symbol so the other player knows you are not roping them on purpose.

14. Stuck in game because opponent won't accept starting draw or mulligan

    I am at the moment unable to either concede or leave my match without either logging out or closing the game client all together because my opponent won't accept their starting hand or mulligan and passing to me.

    Their timer ran out and I assumed the game would auto forfeit or cancel but I have been stuck here for 10 minutes.
    I appreciate I can close the game or log out but that isn't the point.

    Please add formats like Modern and Legacy into Arena eventually. There are large amounts of people like me who would very much like to play them and put money into the game in order to play them, yet refuse to play MTGO (because of its horrible UI) or paper (I prefer playing lots of matches daily, and in a videogame rather than a physical card game with social interaction).

    I am sure that you would make great amounts more profit if you added such older formats to Arena. There must be very large amounts of people like me who are willing to spend money on Arena to play them.

    And if such an amazing decision were to be made, could you communicate to the playerbase on the plans to do that eventually, instead of having us wonder about the future of Arena for years and years and only ever getting info right before releases. This seems to be a huge issue in general, for example even though we are supposed to at least get all Pioneer legal sets into Arena, we have not heard a single word about Shadows over Innistrad remastered yet, despite Amonkhet coming a year ago and Kaladesh something like 7-8 months ago. Can't you at least communicate to us on what the current plans and schedule are for such things?

17. "Waiting for server" forever

    PC, freshly downloaded, opened my old account, then started to complete the "Color challenge" in order to be allowed to play normally, at the very last challenge (where you play with the White deck against the real person), it suddenly says "Waiting for server" and it keeps showing it forever.

    Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player receives enough reports they should be banned for X days and permanently if the issue is frequent enough/longstanding.

    I fail to see how a lack of this programming helps your sales when people such as myself hesitate to spend money on your game due to the excessive occurrence of players stalling the game. No one wants to have their playtime wasted by people that do this intentionally.

19. Non-Standard Cards in Standard Ranked

    Dear Wizards/MTG Arena
    Please can you remove non standard cards from Standard Ranked matches. I believe if the name of the game mode is "Standard Ranked", players should be playing Standard legal decks. If I see my opponent is using one of these cards, I take a screenshot of the card and auto concede as I want to play standard games, not historic. As a result, my rank has gone down dramatically, causing me to be playing against players more likely to be running these cards, and so am stuck in a downward spiral.
    I understand new players need cards to make a deck with, that is not my issue. My issue is with these cards being used in a "Standard Ranked" match. I prefer playing best of 1 rather than best of 3 but there is currently nowhere on MTG Arena to play a standard best of 1 match. Please make a seperate best of 1 ranked standard game mode where only Standard cards are legal (traditional standard as its called on Arena).
    I really enjoy playing Magic and MTGA has been great for the most part. It's a shame that something so simple to fix or implement is ruining my experience to such a great extent.

20. Retrieving asset manifest

    Seems like you people have been having this issue for years on multiple platforms. Get your **** together and fix it. I spent money on this game and can’t play it.
    To answer your 6 questions above:
    1 Open the app on my phone. Nothing else to say
    2 iOS but seen people with the same issue on Android , Mac, and Windows too going back several years
    3 See attached image that tons of other people have sent. After 20 minutes it says it lost server connection. My wifi is working just fine for other devices and other apps on this device.

    6 I wouldn’t be here if I did. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I tried restarting my device
    FIX IT!
