1. Crash, crash, crash

   Crash over and over during some games, but not all. Took video of the game as I restarted, crashed, restarted, crashed. There doesn’t seem to be any particular event that triggered it, my iPad has plenty of memory, and it’s updated as far as it can go.

2. Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen

   Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

3. Not enough disk space

   The game says I dont have enough disk space even though my phone has over 10 gb of storage space remaining. Any fix for this?

4. Game keeps crashing

   Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

   It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

   after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.

   I think this is a bug.

7. Playing less and less. Tired of Fixed Wins and Losses.

   I play over the board Magic three days a week, about 18-27 a week in total. In three weeks of play, I'll have one or two games that were landslides. I lose, no chance. It happens.

   On MTG Arena, EVERY TWO OF THREE GAMES is a landslide, where one person has absolutely perfect cards to match anything you could possibly do, or gets ridiculous draws in dramatic contrast to your horrible draws at crucial moments in the game.

   I'm so tired it and find myself playing less and less. I know I'm not the only one that's seen this. Streamers complain about it to thousands of followers. I don't know how WotC isn't embarrassed of the product they've put out.

8. My Light Card "Petrify" doesn't do what the card says it does.

   My light card Petrify doesn't do what it says it's supposed to do in game.

   The card text clearly states

   "Enchant Artifact or creature
   Enchanted Permanent can't attack or block ,
   and it's activated abilities can't be activated"

   When I use this card on other permanents listed the card continues to do it's activated abilities and even does it's abilities even if they weren't activated yet.

   Why doesn't this card work like it says?

9. Jump In 3 Times event mission

   For the jump in 3 times mission, I have completed it at least three times with a variation of doing the same jump in 3 times, resigning each time, resigning each time without going back to the home screen, and trying a couple different jump ins and have spent a couple tokens and aprox. 3-5K in gold to try and complete it but it has never progressed past 2 out of 3. Is there a workaround for this or is it bug? I have seen other people have the same issue as well.

   1. Try and complete the " Complete Jump In! three times mission"
   2. I'm using Steam on PC
   3. I cannot complete it three times without it resetting
   4. the expected result is completing the mission and moving on to the next one
   5. I have not found a workaround

10. Sparky homepage

    After today's update every time I return to the homepage on Windows, Sparky appears and starts talking "Congratulations on completing spark rank..." I have tried listening to the whole speech and following sparky to the codex etc, restarting the game, as well as uninstalling.

11. Grinning Ignus / Birgi, God of Story - Infinite Loop set up

    There should be a way to demonstrate an "infinite" loop and have the game perform those actions for a specified number of times for the player without impacting the timer. With Birgi and Ignus, the player can often time out if the opponent does not concede even though an infinite loop has been demonstrated. This is not good for gameplay to force the player to continuously engage in the loop

12. Turn timer problems

    The turn timer gets exploited with certain decks where your opponent forces you into using up your turn timer on automatic effects. This issue needs a resolve all button so you don't lose your turn timer for having a life gain upon creatures entering the battlefield combo with gain life = +1+1 counter on target creature. It's ridiculous when somebody uses a convoluted and time consuming combo just to exploit the game's timer mechanism and force you to lose based on time that they themselves created. There needs to be a solution to this if active effects are stacking. Perhaps if the game can be made to recognise heavy stacking and afford the option to assign +1+1 counters or directed damage in bulk amounts.

    I had a phantom loss in this premium draft on 1/3/2024. I just won a game and returned to the results screen with a 3rd loss and the highlighted claim button.

15. Sparky stuck on Color Challenge and Starter Deck duel

    I have completed BOTH the 'Color Challenge' and the 'Starter Deck Duels' but sparky is stuck in an endless loop of "Wow, you've beaten all of the color challenges". This is my HOME page and will not allow me to participate in any other events that may show on home screen...PLEASE fix this issue. I cant participate in any in-game events that I can see showing on my friends game but not mine (and we have accomplished the same stuff in game). Very frustrating here. Ive seen forums with 30-40 people with this same issue that dates back to August. You are losing money here folks...

16. Match making and the shuffler

    I like mtga but I feel that the program is rigging matches. Im tired of drawing 2 lands every game. My hands are either mana flooded or mana screwed. I don't even try using a mulligan anymore because I either get screwed harder or flooded. For some reason I get flooded or screwed hard against mono red. I noticed that most of my lost games have been because of this. I understand that no hand is perfect but I NEVER had an issue this consistent in paper magic. Please stop rigging our ranked matches. Or please fix your shuffler. Mtga is starting to feel unplayable because of this.

    Certain Retro Artifact card styles are unusable if already purchased and some cannot be purchased at all. Ranges from uncommon to mythic (examples: Ornithopter, Soul-Guide Lantern, Ichor Wellspring, Key to the City, Mazemind Tome, Foundry Inspector, Inspiring Statuary, Scrap Trawler, Aetherflux Reservoir, Mystic Forge, Self-Assembler and Platinum Angel).

19. Game suddenly ended with "GreError" and a forced draw

    In the middle of a game, after some series of normal-seeming actions, the game suddenly stopped with a server error reading "GreError" (I assume meaning a game rules engine error?) and a forced draw from the server. (The pop-up itself said "Result: Draw", implying that the server had handed out that result after the GRE error.)
    The client continued operating normally as if the match had been drawn (i.e., it showed the "Draw" result, allowed me to inspect the battlefield, returned to the home screen normally, etc.), but the match was obviously immediately stopped by this. (Thankfully a random unranked match, so I have no missed rewards to claim!)

    I'm attaching the captured log (from the "report a bug" screen) as captured.log. Please keep in mind that I removed all lines beginning with "[Social.Chat]", since I don't want to post my chat messages in a public forum. (All chat happened long before the error, so I doubt it is of any relevance.)

    hoy parece ser que es imposible jugar dos partidas sin que el oponente te humille.
    Bueno, pues aqui mis comentarios:

    1. puesto que España es un gran país donde se os da un dinero, no me sale las pelotas ponerlo en inglés.
    2. puesto que el shuffler no vais a corregirlo me uno a la denuncia infinita de quejas del mismo, por creadores de contenidos y quejas, Sois una mierda de empresa. Además, juegas contra un deck de 100 cartas siempre tiene una jugada razonable y tierras, tu con 60 no. Tu con deck y 24 tierras te salen 4 tierras de 7... haces mulligan y de nuevo? sois imbéciles
    3. sí, los emparejamientos que haceis son una PUTA MIERDA, da igual si juegas mucho o poco. Primero, si juegas en bronce o mitico juegas siempre contra los mismos decks SIEMPRE. A veces el emparejamiento te pone contra alguien que tarda dos segundos en decidir otras demasiado, es decir, que es una duda justificada el uso de bots.

    Espero que la comunidad lleve al cielo esta queja, llena de verdades y se posicione en el top para que esta mierda empresa haga algo de una puta vez, empezando en reconocer sus fallos históricos
