How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. commit/memory bug

    if your commit is cast from your deck by your opponent putting it into your grave it will not let you cast memory even though it shows on the cards next to your hand.

  3. Pact of Negation does not create an upkeep stop during the upkeep.

    So, after not having a chance to respond, for the second match in a row, I've lost to my own Pact of Negation Trigger.

    Sure, I respect the game is smart enough to realize I can't produce 5 mana, but it is NOT smart enough to recognize the Repudiate, Sublime Epiphany, or other Stifle effects in my hand.

    Pretty bold of the game to Assume that "Lose the game" is gonna happen majority of the time pact is cast. Trust me, if im putting a pact on the stack, I probably have a plan.

  4. Squirrel Tokens

    Make mulitple Squirrel tokens stack when they enter the battlefield. It's so annoying, especially when on mobile, to have to scroll through a ton of Squirrel tokens to put +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak. It eventually gets to a point where I time out because I have to scroll through all the tokens. Fix it.

  5. Waiting for server don't resume game

    While playing quick draft of crimson vow, the game suddenly gets into 'waiting for server' which is annoying but bearable. The problem is that once the game is no longer waiting for the server, the game play is frozen on its previous state.
    You can not do any action (i.e., you can drag cards but no spell can be cast and no ability can be used).
    The only thing that worked is closing the game and relaunching it, and it take so much time that you lose several turns.
    I would like to be recompensed for the quick draft.

  6. Make the match making system random

    You guys need to Make the algorithm random, don’t just pair our decks, with perfect counters 60% of the time. What’s the point of brewing decks, if it’s just going to be shot down. Decks that work on table top, do not work in arena. I would imagine you would want your digital game to reflect the real game. There is no incentive to be creative, it’s just copy pasta a deck of the current meta with no thought to creating something original, because the match maker is going to shut it down, not to mention the mathematically improbably deck…

  7. Client repeatedly crashing

    Client is crashing sometimes multiple instances per GAME.
    No opportunity to capture a log before needing to restart client.
    It is 11:50 EST and I've experienced at least 10 crashes within 3 hours.

  8. Toxic is WAY too powerful and has no counters - needs to be either removed or to have a cure introduced

    The game has gotten much less fun with so many Toxic cards in the game, especially since there's no way to cure the toxin. Please either get rid of Toxic or provide some antidote cards; I'm on the verge of walking away from the game altogether.

  9. The problem with Exquisite Blood

    Hello Wizards team,

    I play a lot of historic and I've run into players who use the Exquisite Blood Enchantment. This card seems like it was written in a short sighted way. There are several vampires that create an infinite loop with this card which turns into an extremely easy/lazy win condition. By playing this 3 mama cost card, a 3 mama cost vampire, and gaining a single life you can win the game. It feels out of place with your usually well thought out card writing.   10. Relic of Legends Priority

    When you don't have an instant or activated ability, Relic of Legends second ability does not hold priority. So, when my legendary creature gets targeted by a fateful absence, I am unable to tap it for mana (that I would then use to activate the clue) before it dies. I don't know if there are other corner cases like this, but I would suggest giving priority to the Relic of Legends player when one of their untapped legendary creatures is targeted.

  11. Phyrexian Vindicator + Gideon's Sacrifice

    I've been playing Phyrexian Vindicator + Gideon's Sacrifice for a while now... I'm trying to clarify if this is a bug or a rulings complication that I just don't understand. If Vindicator is on board with a Sacrifice active on the Vindicator, damage becomes very strange. If I get attacked with 5 2/2s, then Vindicator is preventing 10 damage, 5 times, for a total of 50 damage... The attached upload only shows 14 damage twice, but, that's just because that's when I snapped the picture.

  12. Infinite mondrak

    hello
    I have a theme when making interact :

    Mondrak, Glory Dominus
    Ratadrabik of Urborg
    Jaxis, the troublemaker

    By having s ratadrsbik on the field, playing Jaxis with blitz, and using its ability targeting Ratadrabik, at the end of the turn it will leave me with original ratadrabik, a ratadrabik token and 2 Jaxis tokens:

    If I play Mondrak another turn and use Jaxis' Token ability targeting Mondrak, this will cause a chain that spawns several Mondrak tokens, which crashes the game.

  13. Planar Disruption - abilities of enchanted creature still work.

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug - Opponent played Gaia Greeters, I have enchanted that card with Planar disruption, abilities of it were still working after
      
    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS) -  PC under Win 10
      
    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing - Planar disruption cancels only attacking and blocking but not abilities
      
    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature - obvious, all that is written on it should work.
      
    5.   Add any relevant screenshots/videos - do not havee only Log file attached

  14. Autotapper bug

    Autotapper chose to tap the completely wrong thing and tapped out my blue mana when using a surgical skullbomb.
    I had 3 islands and 2 plains in play and a surgical bay.
    The game decided to overtap all my islands out such that I could not use the bay to draw a card, despite that being a fully clear on board option from the outset.

  15. Game crashes after pairing - re-joining impossible

    I encountered multiple times the same issue, which I report here for the first time (windows desktop). After pairing in my premier draft games, Arena crashes and when restarting, I immediately go back to the waiting for pairing screen (open match). Once I "wait for the opponent" Arena crashes again. Despite multiple trials, this "crashing" repeats until I have a game loss (due to time out). It is really annoying that I get game losses without playing.

  17. BM AFK

    There is a problem with players just going AFK if the game is clearly not going in their favor, which means the other player may have to wait out possibly 3 timeouts. Can you possible incorporate an account timeout for players that end a game in this way?

  18. land drawing

    Hi,

    I so tired with this land drawing system. for now, around 1 on 3 game I usually draw 4 at 6 land on a row. Even with deck that purge land. Please do something to rationalize this behaviour, it is a shame ...

  19. Can't target auras on collapsed lands

    Experienced on Android.

    This is a pretty weird corner case, so I will explain what happened in the game.

    My opponent cast Ossification on a tapped basic land, which was then collapsed into a stack of basic lands, making Ossification invisible without un-collapsing the stack. I then resolved Borrowed Time, intending to target Ossification, but I couldn't un-collapse the stack or target Ossification — attempting to tap the land did nothing. I was forced to select another target. It's possible to set this up to cause a softlock if there are no other valid targets aside from collapsed Auras.
