How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Deck Details window bugged in draft
In a Premier Draft today (April 10, 2022 at 11:34 CET = GMT 9.34) I clicked Deck Details in order to quickly check how many artifacts and enchamtments I had drafted. I then had difficulty closing the Deck Details window and get back to my draft. The first time it took several clicks to get back, the second time also, but then I didn't get any packs passed to me, so IU eventually realised I had been disconnected. After I closed and restarted the game, I clicked Deck Details a third time and again it was very sluggish but eventually…

infinite loop
Loop detection, please do something for loop detection, it will not be difficult and you may prompt something like "how many times do you want to repeat this etc"
It ruins the game when you need to wait minutes for another opponent to finish doing something tedious and is annoying form the executor as well (I did it too).
Also they use it to trick the system, last time during my turn they started the combo and even if I was going to win the system gave us a draw for timeout.

スタック解決時やターンが帰ってくる時のフリーズが非常に多いです。再起動して戻るとターンが飛んでる、敗北してる事もあるので早急に解消して下さい。

Option to disable background animations (optional: enable custom backgrounds)
For my 2017-macbook air, background animations during a match are too complex. Please add an option to disable them.
Additionally, custom background uploads, or buyable static backgrounds/"playmats" would be great.Otherwise Arena in general and the possibility to play it on a mac turned out to be great!

Ban ALL Infinite Combos
Ban ALL infinite combos. Theyre virtually impossible to counter once they start. They undermine the integrity of the gameplay by completely changing the rules of the win scenario.
Using an infinite combo is like a spoiled rotten brat youre forced to play with as a kid because your mom is worried because they have no friends.
The Brat triumphantly yells, "I Win!" You ask for logic or reasoning and their response is, "just cuz!"And you wonder why you dont have any friends. Winning with an infinite combo is a cop-out for somebody who cant see the game thru to…

Unable to join event
Attempting to complete the color challenges to get the new starter decks as my current starter decks are not available to play in standard mode. I attempt to play the 5th round (pvp) and receive the alert “network error unable to join event try again later. I have attempted to restart the game and delete the old starter deck of that color without success. Bug is occurring on iOS.

draft freeze
Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!
No connectivity issues. Please verify. Draft are expensive for this to happen. Thanks!6 votes -

time out
Good day!
If I may humbly suggest to shorten the timeout duration.
Some players take a long time to finish their turns or even start their turns.
I believe that some of the players are doing something else while playing MTGA at the same time.
Maybe we could shorten the timeout allowance so players won't be waiting too long for their opponents to finish their turns.

Code packs
I did not receive over 30 packs after I redeemed all of the free codes.
I tried to restart and even uninstall but still no packs.

bot match additional features
bot match additional features
add functionality for brawl. This would be great for players to playtest with.
Unrestrict all cards/decks in bot matches. Sometimes people just want to play around with old decks thats have banned cards. It would be like having vintage in bot matches. Wouldnt hurt the meta and would also let us use someof those decs taking up space whiile we wait for unbanning.
difficulty settings would be nice as well.

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.
