How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Opponent infinite combo times out my selection

    My opponent purposefully ran the Soul Warden, Scurry Oak, and Heliod Sun-crowned combo at the end of his turn in reponse to my Memory Deluge. There was a high chance of me finding a wrath of god, thus clearing his board. Instead I was timed out and didnt get to chose which cards to put into my hand. This was in a historic event on mac.

  2. Opponent's onhover event handling causing timeout

    I lost a match because of a timeout from my side. However, it looked very strange and the way how the timeout occurred looked more like a MTGA application bug or a foul play from opponent's side (or both).
    The story is quite simple. I played on the Bo1 limited ladder a VOW quick draft match against Ozon#26468. Quite in the beginning, I noticed considerable flickering of my cards in play and in my hand.   3. Game freezing up

    Sometimes when im in a game i start a match and my phone freezes up causing me to lose the game, also when i reboot my game it changes my avatar and no longer allows me to use emotes.

  4. Infinite Loop

    Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

  6. Not Receiving Gems for Duplicate Rares

    For at least a week, I've been playing standard events and when I recieved a duplicate rare individual rare card award I have not received any gems.

  7. halvar bug confirm

    Hello,

    during the game, before the attack phase, halvar did not offer me to do his ability.
    When it was the turn of the follower, halvar offered to move my equipment but it was impossible to select it or to cancel the action or even to confirm (0).
    The only solution was to quit the game.

  8. Alchemy cards in Historic format

    I chose the historic format when creating my deck, I chose the historic gameplay mode when queuing up, I do not include any alchemy cards in my deck, but I still get matched against people with Alchemy cards in their decks. It seems the alchemy set is incorrectly included in the historic playable list.

  9. Can’t remove cards from deck

    I cannot remove cards from my deck after Alchemy altered them. My deck is invalid until I can remove or replace the altered cards, but it will not allow me to do so

  10. Game removes the BO3 half of the sideboard when playing a friend.

    On PC
    Playing a BO3 Standard match with a friend via direct challenge
    after the first game only had the BO1 sideboard cards available even though it was a BO3 game.

    After the game was over my deck's sideboard had been altered without any input from me to only have the BO1 sideboard cards, the other sideboard cards had been removed and had to be put back in again after each of our games.

  11. Timers

    These timers are ******. If I have double the amount of scute swarms than tokens and my opponent all out attacks, I shouldn't be penalized by assigning my blocks. Situation- opponent attacks with 150 tokens +a handful of creatures, I have 240 scute swarms on the field, enough to block and attack back for the win. Opponent all out attacks and my * timers run out before getting all my creatures to block. Why am I getting penalized for assigning blockers. The same with my opponent, if he had a source to double his tokens, block my swarm and…

  16. Game is not fun anymore

    This game is not fun anymore. I enjoyed it for a while until something happened in these last few months. Everyone plays the exact same decks with the same cards which cost a fortune and are annoying and awful. They basically just stop people from playing anything for enough rounds until they have enough mana to play a wipeout spell. It is extremely frustrating and not at all what this game is supposed to be, or has ever been, paper or otherwise. The new expansions haven't helped. Alchemy hasn't helped. Now Historic is going by the wayside.

  17. Instant speed spell un-castable on opponent's turn

    I believe I encountered some sort of bug just now. I am playing on PC. The game in question was a ranked alchemy match in diamond ranking. During my opponent's turn, I was attacked by a Rahilda, which is a mono-red card. I had two Vanishing Verses in my hand, with all the necessary mana available to cast them, but was unable to cast the spells. I paused between attack steps, in order to stop the Rahilda from triggering, but was not able to cast any spells. There was nothing on the board, or any apparent effect, which would prohibit…

  18. Split Standard, Alchemy, and Historic - the community didn't ask for Alch

    There are numerous threads already posted, let me add my voice to the call - REMOVE OR LIMIT ALCHEMY! It has ruined Historic play, just as allowing Standard cards in Historic has.

    Separate the 3 styles, if you feel you must have them; but they should be three SEPARATE formats. Historic should be all non-Standard or Alchemy cards, Alchemy can be its own little world, and Standard can be current Standard format WITHOUT ALCHEMY.

  19. Destroy land cards should be banned

    The purpose of the game is to see who can build a better deck. Destroying lands destroys the game balance. The only counter to a destroy land deck is a counter deck or mana ramp. We shouldnt have to be pidgeonholed into a deck to win.

    Moreover destroying lands is an unspoken taboo that mtg players avoid. If the players hate it so much then why allow it. Come on people, back me up here.

  20. Priority

    The guy I was playing went infinite using Heliod, Sun Crowned, Scurry Oak, and Ajani's Welcome. As the combo continued, my timeouts were used even though I never had priority. When my opponent timed out and the combo finally ended, the game instantly killed me.
