How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Jump In! Event New First Packet Issue
The latest patch appears to have reset the Jump In event packet history such that I'm not seeing new packets I've never selected before as advertised. I've wasted several entry fees by now testing this and trying to find new packets to little avail. Only once in ~4-5 events has there been a new packet available in the first selection.
There's a similar bug with ICR novelty being reset, so there's a "New" flare even if I have 4 of them already.

Card bought does not shows in collection or deck
I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

Game completely frozen

march of otherworldly
March of otherworldly light bugged and not able to exile white cards from hand. Tried selecting the white cards and clicking submit and would always just return the card to hand and not cast.

Game freeze
While playing in a kamagawa premier draft I went second, played a red 1/1 haste artifact creature. My opponent responded by playing a 1R cost instant to do 2 damage to a creature and the game froze. I waited about 2 minutes and the exited out of the game, restarted my PC and then loaded the game and was stuck on a match pairing screen for 6 minutes. Cannot Add to Decks
The "Add to Decks" button does not work in several event pages.

shrine
the new shrines don't synergise with maskwood nexus while the creatures should be of all types. meaning they should all be shrines as well.
(check the amount of tokens on each screenshot to get an idea of what i mean)
so unless shrines can't be creatures and synergise with maskwood nexus they need to change the cards.14 votes -
Eater of virtue not granting abilities
During gameplay, I had a moonfolk puzzlemaker exiled by my Eater of Virtue. When I equipped the Eater of virtue to another creature , it did not grant flying to the equipped creature.
This was in a sealed Neon Dynasty match.

Issue with promo pack codes
Promo pack codes are being completed by bots or something of the like. The last 10 promo packs I have received from my LGS have codes already redeemed when I go to enter them.

conductive current / grapeshot Bug
My Favorite deck stop working!!! I've been playing a combo burn deck that used conductive current to charge up a grape shot. That way you only needed a storm count of like 4 or 5 for the finish. Thus removing the need for those pesky permanents that don't seem to be there when you untap. it had been working great up until this patch. now none of the copies from storm have the buff. It leaves the entire thing feeling so flaccid.

treasure token
Unable to use Treasure tokens to cast spells, makes playing certain decks impossible to play. Needs a fix urgently.

Bonjour,
Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

芽吹く生命の行進でx以下ではなくx-1までしか対象に取ることができない
シールド戦中に芽吹く生命の行進を2コストに対して使用しようとするも選択できず。発生後公式HPでエラッタ発表がされているのを確認しましたがゲーム内でのお知らせ及び修正がされていないため修正願います。

MTG アリーナ 不正 プログラム シャッフル おかしい
3戦中、1戦だけ勝たせるように仕組まれていて、残り2戦は対戦相手のあり得ない引き連発か、
こちらのあり得ない程の土地事故（フラッド・スクリュー・色の偏り等）という
乱数調整されたランダムに近いプログラムでは存在しないはずの「パターン」構成となっています。こうなったら、そのアカウントは不正操作が解除される事は無いので、
アリーナをアンインストールして、二度とやらない方が良いです。
アリーナの不具合というものでは無く、ウィザーズ社が意図的にやっていますので、
今後改善される事は絶対にありません。アルゴリズムの問題なら対戦相手も同様の症状になるはずですが、
ウィザーズ社のサポートは「意図したとおりにプログラムは作動している」としか言ってきませんので、
「意図したとおりに不正しています」という事です。※意図したとおりとは、どういう意味か？と何度も問い合わせしましたが、サポートがその質問に答える事はありませんでした。
MTGのシャッフルは無作為がルールとして規定されていますが、
このルールに適合している事を証明出来ない時点でおかしい話です。13 votes -
Jump In event "Add to Decks" button doesn't work
After selecting the packs for the Jump In event, i pushed the "Add to Decks" button. Usually it brings up a notification saying that the deck was added successfully. however since the 10/02/22 update, pushing that button does nothing.

Shrine creature type doesn't appear in Arcane Adaptation and changeling creatures don't count as Shrines
