How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

日本語環境において、「選定された平和の番人/Anointed Peacekeeper」のETB能力によるカード検索UIが正常に機能していません。
漢字を含むカード名を検索する際、漢字の後に括弧付きでフリガナを入力しなければならないようになっています。

Color challenge Network error cannot
Color Challenge: Network Error
With the rotation of what is standard, I went to update my decks for basic play and I can only use the basic starter decks. I used to be able to update these decks and all I receive is this network error saying unable to update.
I cannot play other players with basic starter decks, unless I just feel like getting destroyed every day all day. Brawl decks I can edit just fine. Standard 60-card deck play through color challenge though does not let me do anything.

Friendly Brawl
Encountering an issue where when creating a direct challenge, when I select friendly brawl, the orange “play” button disappears.

Interaction between Queen Allenal of Ruadach and Lagomos, Hand of hatred incorrect
On PC;
Lagomos, Hand of Hatred makes tokens and Queen Allenal of Ruadach makes an additional soldier token. When the token created by Lagomos is sacrificed at end of turn, the soldier token is also mistakenly sacrificed. It should remain in play.

Bugged Interaction: Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief and Winterthorn Blessing
If Winterthorn Blessing is cast targeting a creature to grant a +1/+1 counter, but not targeting any creature to tap, Ivy will trigger, but the copied spell is replaced by the opponent's cardback and does not resolve. The cardback remains on the stack as a visual bug.
The expected result would be a +1/+1 counter on Ivy.
PC, the bug is repeatable

Weatherlight Compleated Oni-Cult Anvil Bug
Weatherlight Compleated does not properly gain counters when constructs created by Oni-Cult Anvil die or are sacrificed.

Cards in Premier Draft Dominaria United with no names, types, or power/toughness
All card names, types, and power/toughness were missing when I did a premier draft of Dominaria United... Do I get my gems back for this? They still aren't visible when I go to create my deck...

Baird, Argivian Recruiter
I had a "Baird, Argivian Recruiter" out and a boosted creature. At end of turn, Baird did not trigger and I did not get a token

Counted 2 loses when I only lost one
Game tells me i have lost 2 times already in arena premier draft when I played only 3 games and went 2/1. Have no idea what caused it, i just saw it. Might be cause i canceld queue 2 times before game 1 ? I will link screen + logs

Relic of Legends Bug
Relic of Legends is not working properly, the game does not see the second ability and will auto-pass even if you can cast spells with it, and won't work even when holding priority

Historic without alchemy
I would love to play historic, but I hate alchemy and how cards are balanced for historic. Can we get a historic without alchemy or alchemy balanced cards?

Game crashes whenever Mox Amber is played
Whenever either player plays Mox Amber, my game crashes and I can't get back into the game until I rope out in that game. I can reopen arena, and everything works, it says its joining the game, and then right when the screen starts to fade to the tabletop screen, the app completely shuts down again if Mox Amber would be on the table

Crashing/freezing
Game keeps frrezing/crashing during ranked matches on mobile. Using a Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra game froze 3 times causing a game loss in platinum rank. Very disheartening.

Game freezes seemingly at random
- Can’t really reproduce it reliably but the game freezes and become unresponsive during some matches
- iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS v.15.6.1
- The UI becomes unresponsive but the sounds keeps playing. I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working again. And since this is a relatively slow process I’ve missed several turns that in the end cost me the match
- No game freezes during matches
- N/A as I don’t get any error messages or visual indications of the error other than a frozen screen
- Haven’t found any workaround but I’ve followed all steps outlined…

Disable alchemy
I suggest an option to disable alchemy from Arena for hardcore magic players who are not interested in these new versions.
I understand that you are trying to be innovative and some players may actually like Alchemy. But, consider that the real MTG players don't want to be bombarded with spams of alchemy events and boosters.10 votes -
Mastery xp not being awarded. Stuck at 975

Mastery xp NOT being awarded after wins. XP stopped being awarded at 975 points. I’ve won 4 in a row and total points stay at 975. Please fix this issue

Add old border lands to store
Please add the old border lands to the store. I missed the opportunity to purchase these when they were available before but I would buy gems to get these if they were available in the Arena store. Thank you.

Missing details (Power/Toughness/Life points
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I´am missing a lot of card details ingame. I can´t see the Power and Toughness nor the cards name. Also the life points are not present.
