How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My card disappeared
I had cleansing nova in one of my decks. I took it out to put it in another, but when I went to put it in the new deck it was gone. Also I have enter several cards by name but I get that card doesn't exist.

Screaming Nemesis bug I deal damage to opponents and after they kill my Nemesis they are now allowed to gain life. ???

lost without loosing
Quickdraft: 2 times it happened, that during the initial phase where you decide to mulligan or take the hand the game faded into a blackscreen and
went back to the main menu and I got awarded a loss for this game, why ?1 vote -
Rank does not improve after 4 consecutive wins.

- Rank does not improve after 4 consecutive wins. Instead of 'moving forward', the rank goes from the '3rd block' of Diamond tier 2 back to the '2nd block'.

Bug/faulty pass-through
On Arena on PC, when Involuntary Employment was cast on Cathar Commando (with untapped lands) there was no opportunity to respond.

Won my BO3 match, but lost 2 levels of my rank instead of gaining 2
I won my best of 3 match against my opponent. They surrendered on the 3rd game and then instead of gaining 2 pieces on my rank, it decreased by 2.

Bug
Login issues on IOS. Every time I try logging in on my IPhone I get a connectivity error. I posted a big around a week ago and got no response so reposting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have even created new accounts. Every time I try to login the game gives me a connection error and asks if I want to reconnect, logout, or check status. Trying to reconnect gives same error and logging out and logging back in doesn’t work.

undying malice
Player had manifest dread an omniscene and then cast undying malice on it, when it died it came back. undying malice states "when this creature dies return it...". by "it", to me i read that as a creature, in the graveyard omniscene isn't a creature and should not have been allowed to come back to the battlefield.

Gutmorn creates extra copy of madness card
My opponent played Gutmorn, Pactbound Servant, and I discarded Blazing Rootwalla to cast for its madness cost, and 2 copies were created in my opponent's hand. Unless I'm missing some kind of weird interaction this seems unintended. I included a screenshot of the defeat screen where you can see the two copies (1 in play, 1 in hand)

Disconnect from game when using mobile hotspot
Almost in every game I play using a hotspot made via a mobile phone, unless I win/lose quick enough it ends abruptly going back to the main screen.
I am then awarded a loss with a slight delay, but I can immediately enter a NEW game. Tested this with a Quick Draft where I could start a fourth game after the third crash!Game is therefore totally unplayable with my current home connectivity that is mobile based. Everything worked fine when I was connecting with landline, or when I am playing using the same mobile phone that creates the hotspot.…

Sluggish/unusable client and blacked out drafting menu.
I entered a Foundations premium draft and immediately lost visuals after everyone chose Ready. I could hear all the normal audio queues but had no visuals. Restarting the client brought me back into the main UI but everything was extremely sluggish and it took 5 minutes to rejoin the draft. After rejoining, visuals blacked out again and I only had audio. I had to give up on the draft and it auto picked my whole deck.

Sick of "Deck Weight" The pairing is terrible, I hate that as a day one player I have no chance of facing a new player. it should be truly random pairings. not every time i play a hexproof creature i get pired with board wipe after board wipe. makes me not want to play the game or invest anymore money. a truly terrible experience.
