1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Spaky Dialogue Bug
So, as of the update today, after winning the second Color Challenge (right after the initial tutorial) Sparky just keeps repeating "there they are, one booster pack please" and does not say her other dialogues.
I believe that her dialogue prompting you to go the the store should be playing here instead.
It was working correctly on 06/02/2023.

Playing ANY spell so far crashes my game
Since the ONE update, I've tried 8 matches or so in historic bo3, and every time I play a spell the game crashes and kicks me out of the match. Lands are ok but no spell is safe. By the time I come back to the game, I lost several turns and opponents developed a board state.
I don't play other formats but I'll assume it'll be the same and it ****** me off so much that I don't feel like testing other decks and cards and do your job for you fix the **** game.

Unable to use cards outside my collection in weekly historic singleton all-access
I am unable to enter the Historic Singleton All Access with a deck using cards outside my collection, even though the event description says decks can include cards outside my collection. When I try to select my deck there is a "!" symbol in a triangle, and mouseover tells me all the cards I'm missing to complete the deck. The deck is set to the historic singleton format and contains no errors that any cards are invalid in the format.

Kaya, Intangible Slayer Tokens With Toxic Not Giving Opponents Poison Counters
This is a bug with Kaya, Intangible Slayer's -3 ability. During gameplay, I used the -3 ability on a creature with toxic 3. I attacked the opponent twice with the creature and the opponent did not receive the 3 poison counters on either occasion.
I would have won the match with poison however because of the bug my match resulted in a loss.

Demoted in Constructed rank after achieving higher rank
Achieve a tier by winning games (not by assignment at the end of a season). Lose a game. Go down a tier.
iOS 16.1.1
I achieved Platinum Tier 1 at 7:22pm today. I lost a match at 9:36pm today and was demoted to Platinum Tier 2. According to the loading text before matches, no one is supposed to be demoted after having achieved a particular tier. However, this sort of thing happens to me very frequently. There seems to be a correlation with logging back in or reloading the app entirely but I haven’t fully tested this hypothesis.

Cards and stats/numbers missing
I opened Arena after the update, and the coin amounts, gem amounts, reward amounts, cards, and more were all blanked out. I am using Mac. All of the functions still work, but cards do not have any text whatsover except for the occasional mana ability.

Conduit of Worlds unable to Cast Compleated Planeswalkers
I found a potential bug where I was unable to cast Nissa, Ascended Animist using Conduit of Worlds even when I had not cast a spell that turn. It allows it to be chosen as a target, but it will say it is unable to be cast.

Heliod, Sun-Crowned crashes the game when played in the Historic Singleton game mode. I'm on PC.

Opening packs and viewing cards
I do not follow sets as religiously as I used to but I do try to read each new card I open from a set in MTGA. I admit this is my problem and I would assume others do not have this issue. I often accidentally click the window while opening packs before I am done viewing them and have to go to my collection to read and examine them. If there was a good solution to this where I have to maybe click twice to open them as an option, I would really appreciate it. I recognize this is…

sealed using cards outside of the new set
in a sealed game i had today i played against someone casting sheoldred ,so it seems its possible somehow i haven't figured out yet myself to put cards from outside the sealed event into your deck. pls fix asp

Necrogen Communion not returning card if it is owned by opponent
I used Blue Sun's Twilight to steal an opponent's creature. I put Necrogen Communion on the creature. When the creature died it was not returned to me.

Ghost wildcards
In my wildcards menu it says I have 4 uncommon wildcards but in reality I have 0 and it won't let me use them because I dot actually have them. This usent a huge inconvenience but I would like to see how much wildcards I actually have

With Elesh Norn, Mother of machines; rumor gatherer keeps scrying and does not draw.

Drivnod not working with Vraan (maybe others)
Reproduction steps: control a Drivnod and a Vraan, let another creature die.
I am on PC.

Thud/Hammer/Fireblade Charger Interaction
There is a deck-ruining bug in Explorer Hammer-Time. Thud is not working with Fireblade Charger, and (and potentially Cacophony Scamp, since it does the same thing).
I sacrificed my Charger to thud and it didn’t deal any damage from its on death trigger,

Melira, the Living Cure doesn't prevent getting multiple poison counters in a turn
Steps to reproduce:
- Have Melira, the Living Cure in play
- Take damage from a creature with Toxic 3
Expected Result:
Should get one poison counter.
Observed Result:
Get three poison counters.
Platform: Mac

Stats Sign Up on Website Replicable Error Message Preventing Enrollment
Hi Folks, This is a web-site issue. I am new to Magic Arena and have been trying to sign-up for the end of cycle stats a link to which you sent in a recent e-mail. The screen-shot below is the error handling message I've been getting over the last few days. I have replicated the same problems on Apple iOs, Mac OS Ventura 13.2, and the most recent MS Windows OS. I have tried in the Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari web-browsers.

Lifelink not being applied when it should be?
Lifelink effect from Skrelv's Hive was not being applied to a creature enchanted by Necrogen Communion.
Necrogen Communion gives it toxic, Skrelv's Hive gives toxic creatures lifelink if the opponent is corrupted. Opponent definitely is corrupted, should lifelink not be applied?
I posted this on reddit and there seems to be some confusion so I thought I'd log it.

Missing Information
Since Phyrexian download cannot view number of gold and gems in upper right corner. Also, cannot view number of packs to be opened along with card texts missing from all cards. Im using Windows and the status says that everything is operational.
