How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. The Long Reach of Night Bug

    The Long Reach of Night will force you to discard a card if you have no creatures to sacrifice which is incorrect based on the text of the card "Each opponent sacrifices a creature unless they discard a card"

  2. NEO Sealed deck "add to decks" not working

    I bought a NEO sealed event and want to export my deck to play with a friend. When i click "Add to Decks" nothing happens (e.g. no sealed deck is added to "Decks"). I have 30 deck slots available.

  3. Unable to cast spells at instant speed

    During game 3 in Traditional Draft, I was suddenly unable to cast spells at instant speed. Could not trigger Ninjuitsu, and could not cast a Spell Pierce to counter my opponent's bomb. This caused me to lose the match-up.

  4. Draft Froze and Autopicked cards

    Traditional Draft Neon Dynasty. Draft Froze less than halfway through. Reloaded and it had autopicked all the rest of my cards for me. I would like to request a refund of my draft. The deck I ended with is trash.

  5. Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents (loop)

    PLatform PC/Windows

    Dxdiag information added in logs as well as multiple logs leading to the same result.

    After the download of the Neon Dynasty update I get an error that says Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents. This keeps looping. I have looked online but the proposed fix of changing IP's does not work. Really bummed. Tried removing a lot of data. Everything gets downloaded then I get the same error again. Please help for a fix.

  7. ninja'sl kunai cannot equip and

    ninja's kunai cannot equip and cause a crash in my iPad. everything else works well. After serval re-connect I finally can do but it's too late.

  8. Oppenent Conceded, I lost point

    Opponent won game 1, conceded during sideboarding, screen said "Victory" and I lost a point.

  9. Remove Alchemy from Historic Brawl.

    I need you to remove Alchemy cards from Historic Brawl. The format bans sideboard/wishboard/learnboards, yet now we have these Alchemy cards that access cards from "spellbooks" which is the same thing. Spellbooks are outside the game. Bringing cards from outside the game in Brawl is banned. You need to remove the Alchemy cards from the format. It needs to happen immediately. You need to do it. You made a mistake. Fix your mistake.

  10. Always a cube draft

    Cube drafting shouldn’t be something that’s a “treat”. There should always be at least one cube draft format available to play. Currently my friends and I basically don’t touch Arena unless there is a cube draft going, which we really enjoy but it’s stupid to have a game you like that you can’t play for months at a time.

  11. Trying to Launch the game

    Every time that I try to launch the Arena, this message appears to me.

  12. Check for active matches FIRST after crash.

    Listen, Arena is glitchy trash that crashes constantly. I've come to accept that. It would be nice if you'd skip the "loading initial scene" and other steps before letting someone back into their match, though. "Checking for active matches" should be the FIRST step, in order to screwing people over.

  13. Players use Concede during sideboarding to take advantage on ladder

    For months, more and more players concede while sideboarding (using ESC+concede), taking an advantage of the partial result, especially if the match-up is bad for them.
    Yesterday only, on 6 duels, it happened to me 3 times.

    The software keeps only the present results match after match, instead of the whole Bo3 result. Which brings clearly to cheating behavior as players are now doing so take advantage of the system failure. Herebelow are some conceding exemples:

    1 / Player A concedes while sideboarding at 1-0 : he wins on the score of 1-0 and get one rank brick. Doing so,…

  15. Remove Alchemy cardd from Historic/Brawl formats.

    I need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with MTGA/WOTC product Alchemy and request that you remove the cards from the historic and brawl formats.
    I understand people like Alchemy, and so they should play the Alchemy format. They should not be allowed to dominate other formats with these cards.
    I am INCREDIBLY distressed when ever I have to endure this inordinate disadvantage. I feel like all the time I spent building decks is wasted when playing Historic Brawl and a card hits the board that has onboard tutor effects, or allows a player to pull from a wish board/side board…

  16. Sometimes can't respond to cascade

    I was playing against Sliver cascade in historic brawl with enough mana open to play Restoration Angel to respond to something my opponent did. My opponent cascaded into a Lightning Bolt, targeting one of my creatures. The game did not give me an opportunity to respond to the Lightning Bolt, and resolved the whole stack without giving me a chance to play.

    ここに書いても運営は何も答えないので
    意味が無いと思うが、サポートから書けと
    言われたので記載する。

    シャッフルについて、
    ルールの適合性をユーザーはどうやって
    確認すれば良いのか？
    又は、プログラムがルールに適合している事を
    ウィザーズ社はどうやって証明しているのか？

    サポートが言う十分にテストされて問題無かった結果を
    第三機関に確認してもらった証明書があるなら
    提示して頂きたい。

    自社判断で問題無いと言い張るのは
    一方的で根拠が無く、子供の遊びと同じだが、
    そんな低水準で仕事をしているのか？

    いい加減、逃げずに真剣に答えろ。

  18. Invalid Loss in Premier Draft

    My Account "Raithwalker#85179" experienced a loss in game four of a Premier Draft that should not have occurred. If possible, please review game logs on your end to see that loss occurred during opponent's upkeep phase erroneously with no card in play that could have facilitated the loss. Would be happy to discuss over email or phone, but do not have logs saved

  19. Hate playing against 250+ card decks

    I think my win percentage against people with 250 card decks is 0%. It feels like 250 ways the AI can rig up answers against my deck. Seriously, come on.

  20. Infinite Life Combo Bug

    I faced an infinite life combo which made the game last over 30 minutes and the game forced me to concede do to "inactivity". I would have won the game in two turns but the game skipped over my turn when his combo finally ended do to his round taking so long.
