How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Random matchmaking on arena
Use the ranking system to adjust what tier you’re in but keep the decks random. No one wants to play mirror matches all day. Stop “optimizing” hand/draws. People are playing around this by cutting lands from their decks because they know there’s a greater chance you’ll get the lands you need in an opening hand.
Magic is supposed to have a % of randomness just like poker; you can have the better skill but less luck. With arena the games are mostly decided by the algorithm, which makes the “luck” 100% in whichever players favor the computer wants.Drafting vs…

Здравствуйте! После сегодняшнего обновления я не могу зайти в игру, пишет "Для осуществления этого действия у вас неподходящая роль. доступ запрещён - у вас нет разрешения на подключение".
Скриншот прилагаю.
Как будто меня забанили, но непонятно за что. Письма на почту не приходило. Помогите пожалуйста восстановить доступ.

Not able to login
I just updated my app to 2022.22.0 and haven’t been able to login (via iOS) since.
It says: „ You do not have the right roles for this action.

Je me souviens avoir reçu le Commandement de Gix comme récompense lors du midweek event d'il y a deux ou trois semaine et je ne la vois pas dans ma collection.

i dont know what happens but i have just got the waste land card in mtg mail and every time i try to put it in my deck system 32 windows start to show up on my computer .

Cannot login - You do not have the right roles for this action
I have tried to login in multiple times. At first I got a message to say "Timeout" and I tried again multiple times.
I tried to login on my phone, and then again on my PC and now get the message "You do not have the right roles for this action"

Bug
Will not allow me to log in when the app starts to load even though it says system operational. Included are my screen shots of the codes and issues

Getting really dissappointed
In the last two months I bought gems for a few times so I could play limited.
The price for gems is very, very high in my opinion.Lately there was nothing but trouble with the game, resulting in lost premier drafts because of several different bugs.
This can't be a regular thing we just have to live with. I for one would like to see some of my invested money back - yet all I get is a "RepairAndRecharge" which seems like a bad joke for players investing real money.
Wizards, what do you have in mind regarding these…

2 different timeout errors
I had just won a match in the arena cube when I got booted from the game. When I tried to re-launch i got an error message: "Failed to deserialize in response to message". I tried again and again and got multiple "authentification failed for [username] reason: timeout" messages. I just donwloaded the most recent update. After mutiple timeout error messages I re-launch from a clean boot, and uninstalled and re-installed the game- same result.

Drafting under Maintanace
Just after Maintenance had finsihed I and several other players startet a Cube Draft - this was without notice interrupted by another maintenance - being unable to reconnect.

Sheoldred not properly giving priority during upkeep if you have another "on draw" trigger like Teferi
So normally you could kill the Sheoldred with an instant spell during upkeep to avoid the 2 damage and you generally do get the option to do this.
But when I had Teferi in play who also has a trigger when I draw a card I was forced to lose the 2 life from Sheoldred even when I killed it with an instant during upkeep.1 vote -
Visual bug
A visual bug appeared when I played the card Dread Fugue. I could not see my opponent full hand anymore or and their side of board bugged out. I couldn't see their creature or target it with my spells.
I was playing on Android when it happend. Sadly I did not make a screenshot of the situation.

Brother's War Alchemy packs
In the 6 free packs, Every rare I got 4 Fallaji Antiquarian's in a row (with a wild card mixed in) before on the 6th pack, with my limit reached, it gave me a different rare. While mathematically possible, this seems extremely unlikely and may be an RNG bug with your pack generation on this set.

graphics
My screen for deck building and sidebaording randomly loses all colors for cards, and only shows text or nothing at all in the right panel where I the sideboard and deck description are. Makes it very challenging to sideboard during best of three matches or build or change a new deck.
Exiting the game, and restarting it seems to fix it. Is very disruptive during best of three though. I can't read some of the cards in the deck, and that makes sideboarding very challenging

Timeout Clock Abuse
Just played a 45min game against a player (Mario) who purposefully ran the timeout clock to the near end during every step and spammed emojis the whole time. Allowing players to abuse the clock like this creates poor game play and the system should be able to detect this kind of behavior and punish players during the game.

Avatars no longer "explode" when player loses
When a player loses or concedes, normally, the avatar "explodes", however, since the release of BRO, for me, the avatar no longer explodes. The music does change, but since I'm often on mute, it takes several seconds for me to even realize my opponent has conceded, until the victory screen appears.
Not exactly the most critical bug in the world (hence why I haven't posted it until now), but I've not seen anyone else talk about it, so was wondering if others had encountered it.
