How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Je signale un bug apparement déjà constaté avec Capitaine inquisitrice qui dans certains cas n’appelle pas d’autre créature au moment de son arrivée sur le board. Deck : 29 créatures éligibles, 5 sur le board et 1 exilée.. ça devrait passer.J’ai remarqué ceci (partagé sur les réseaux) : j’ai introduit Halana (humain cost4) au deck. Avec, 1, pas de problème. Avec 2 ça bug…

**Billing problem: overcharged for gems

サイドボードが選べない
指名対戦時にBO3を選んでもサイドボードが15枚選べない、7枚に減少する。対戦後のデッキ構築時に同様のデッキを選んだ際、７枚まで減少しサイドボードの選びなおしが必要になる。

Bonus for pre ordering both kamigawa bundles
In the past players have received a bonus for preordering both bundles. I intend to preorder both $50 bundles for kamigawa as it looks great, but I'm disappointed there's no bonus for it. In the future, for sets I'm less interested in, I will be less likely to get both bundles.

Dismantle/Deconstruct Cards
Given the variety of cards possible to be drawn and how that can lead to an excess of cards that players may not want provide the option to dismantle cards for a set ratio to gain wildcards to build decks that players want to use

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

Bug: Discard
Double Feature Event
Opponent was able to exploit a bug that prevented him from having to discard more than 1 card. 1st time I cast Aim for the Head, choosing Exile 2 Cards. Opponent cast a Flash creature, then only discard 1 card even though he still had more cards in his hands. The second was activating Evolving Wilds which bugged No Way Out, and only discarded 1 card with more left in his hand.
All the opponent had to do was add something to the stack, then discard only 1 card instead of 2.
I do believe this happened…

Waiting for server - new double feature draft
Stuck at waiting after singing up for new double feature draft. Waited for a few minutes, then shut the program down and restarted. Was thrown into draft after missing the first two picks! :(

Account blank after reinstalled
None of my cards, decks, cosmetic avatars, deck sleeves and rank Platinum4 3 days before ends are on my account for MTG Arena. After the reinstall when game refuses to update in game or in app store. It had me sign in under the same account name and pw that were remembered and required. The game then requires the tutorial and color challenge to unlock pvp and other features. Did it still none of anything that I've gotten in the store are back. So what's up? Is this normal? This seems like a problem for quality of entertainment. Reflecting poorly…

**BUG: Unable to craft from wildcards
Trying to finish of a deck; need to craft 7 commons, 1 uncommon;
Have 45 common, 55 uncommon wildcards availableTap “craft all”; error message appears: “You do not have enough wildcard to finish this deck”
There are clearly enough wildcards to finish deck
Have updated iPadOS to 15.4; deleted, reinstalled Arena app: no effect
Unable to continue using app until problem resolvedUsing Arena on iPadOS 15.4, updated app yesterday (today is 29/1/2022)

Unable to cast Vanishing Verse against a black creature copy created with Assemble From Parts
My opponent cast Assemble From Parts on Toxrill, The Corrosive and then created the copy of the creature. The copy couldn't be targeted by Vanishing Verse even though it was only a single color (the original creature is black and the copy was made black as part of Assemble From Parts' ability). Black + black is still just black and should be a valid target. The same problem happening when I tried to target a copy of Cemetery Desecrator. See screenshot.

Terror of the peak auto targeting yourself
When the timer runs out and you have terror of the peak triggers coming onto the stack, they will auto target as expected but it auto target yourself instead of your opponent causing you to lose the match. This should auto target your opponent instead as no one would target themselves it wouldnt make any sense to have it built this way.

Update game / enter game issue

Error Updating Data
Hello MTGA Staff,
I havnt been able to enter in mtga for two days When I try to enter, i'm kicked out of the game with an alert saying "Error Updating data : Check your connection and Try again". Ive Tried completely wiping the game off my computer and redownloading the game to no avail.

getting glitched out
while i am on pc, your game sometimes glitches and it causes me to turn off my computer just to go around the glitch and it ends up always making me lose right when i load back in within a minute.

"Waiting for the Server" at beginning of draft, causing 2 packs of autopicks
I just fired a Double Feature draft, clicked "Ready" and then got a "Waiting for the server" screen with spinning wheel for ~5 minutes. I quit the app and restarted it and entered the draft at pick 10 on pack 2. So about 2 packs worth of autopicks. Needless to say a pretty worthless deck.
Log attached. Would love a refund of my draft entry. Thank you.
