How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery reward bug
I’m no longer receiving rewards from my mastery pass or tree? I’m gaining xp and it says I’m receiving rewards but cards are not in my card pool.

Duplicate Protection BUG when opening packs in 2022
It seems there's a problem with Duplicate Protection when opening packs in 2022.
I opened some packs from different sets, and ended with opening a few Kaldheim packs.
When I opened the final Kaldheim pack I got 20 Gems according to the Arena GUI and the message I had all Rares for the set, but this is not true as I have NOT got 4 copies of all Kaldheim Rares!
It made me stop opening any remaining packs...
The problem occurred between 3/6/2022 10:30 CET and 3/6/2022 10:37 CET.
I have attatched my Arena log file.

Brawl Friend Challenge
Can't play Brawl game with people on my friend list. The moment whe try whe always have the '' invalide deck '' message and the oder player all is brawl deck have a red ! on it!

Opportunity to play instant passed over
I had an opportunity to play an instant but it was passed over. This ruined a combo and should have lost me the game.

Turn skipped post combat
Post Combat main was completely skipped. I had attacked and had mana available and cards to play.

Gems when not all rares collected
I received gems instead of a Rare/Mythic when I had collected all the cards from that set, knowing there is still one I want - hence why I'm buying that set - and because the second pack I I opened gave me another rare. It clearly says on the gem card that I would have had to have collected all the rares and mythics.
This is not my screen shot, but it shows the same thing for the gem card.

Multi-Player Historic Brawl
Please add 4 player Historic Brawl option for MtGA. We, as the player base know, that “Historic Brawl” is essentially EDH, a format that was designed to be multi-player. For this reason, I’m suggesting the addition of multi-player historic brawl so the format can be enjoyed as intended, with multiple people.
This would also,I believe, increase the player base in the long term, and encourage people to play online with their friends. It would make a killer addition to MtGA9 votes -
Search Library Crash
iPhone app crashes every time I “Search Library”, which I do a lot with the decks that I have.

Match Against Bot with Invalid Deck (cards not in collection)
Hi.
I have a suggestion about match against bot.
In physical game, I can get a card from my friend or in a shop to test a deck before buy the cards.
In MTG Arena, I can build a deck with cards not in my collection.
But a deck with cards not in my collection, I can't play matches against bot to test this deck.
Is it possible to allow a match against bot using a deck with cards not in my collection to test?10 votes -
Constructed Rank Not Progressing
My ranking is not changing for Constructed at all. Regardless of format I play in; whether it's Ranked Best of 1's, Standard Events, Alchemy Events, nothing causes any increase or decrease of my Constructed Rank.
There isn't even a pop-up to show progress after a match (win or lose)
Limited Rank is working fine. I see many similar posts about this issue, some even going for months consecutively. Please address this problem and consider compensating players for lost progress over the time period this has been occurring.
I play on Win 10 Client. Issue seems to occur regardless of OS/Platform…

Unable to join Premier Draft
Put 1500 gems on premier draft and when trying to join queue i get "network error: unable to join event".
Please fix or refund or fix and refund!

Unable to join event
Joined premier draft. Upon trying to join queue, i get "network error: unable to join event. please try again later." Persists after restart and reinstall

Put 1500 gems on premier draft and when trying to join queue i get "network error: unable to join event". Persists after restart and re-install.

Unable to join premier draft
I keep getting locked into "Network Error: Unable to join event" for Premier draft. Now, I can't play anymore.
Then, I tried to submit this bug and got a 404 error.

Premier Draft - Network Error: Unable to join event. Please try again later.
I got this message attempting to join a premier draft. Now, I'm locked into this message. When I go into premier draft, it shows the "Start Draft" button, and when I click it, I get this message.
I've tried restarting Arena and my computer. There's no option to resign. I'm locked into being unable to play premier draft.

Network Error Premier Draft
Premier draft will not begin after taking my gems. "Network Error"

Game Freezes during match
During opponents turn timer counts down to zero then match freezes.

Game froze
On my opponent's priority, everything froze. I could still look at cards/graveyards, sound effects and animations were still there, but the game did not continue. And there was no rope/timer. I waited for 5 minutes to see if anything would happen and nothing did. The only thing I could do to leave the game was "concede" but even that did not seem to work. I had to re-boot the client. But when re-logged it had registered me with a loss, though I was winning at the time.

lag...game doesnt continue
lag in game, game doesnt continue , restart will kick me back into lobby with loss in draft....I lost my gems

Timer stopped
I was playing a game in ranked, and the opponents timer began to run out. It got to the end and simply stopped. The hourglasses didn't disappear and I was locked on the screen. I eventually had to log out of the account entirely. Any idea on what occurred?
