How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Not earning XP for wins
So I bought the mastery pass thinking I would actually be able to unlock the whole thing by playing, but I'm not earning ANY XP for wins.
I managed to unlock a grand total of 1 level today and now I am getting 0 xp.
If this is not a bug I want my money back. Its either a bug or a scam. I'm hoping its a bug.

Land bug
Land I played wasn’t actually counted as played. The land was on the table but didn’t give any mana. So I wasn’t able to play spells I needed. After reloading app during the same match I found this land in my hand. Lost Premier draft game because of this :(

Hullbreaker Horror Should be Banned
Ok Hullbreaker Horror should be banned because: There are no counter-measures, because there are no cards in the valid sets to solve this issue: 1) I can't search opponent's deck and exile/destroy it. 2) There are no land which can destroy a creature (even there is Hullbreaker can bounce itself) 3) There is no emblem which can protect you from this creature 4) There is no ability counter spell in current valid format. So this card is cheating/bugged/joy killing... I have also this card in my library but I don't like this kind of gameplay. So I think I have…

Arena Historic (Bo1) with Achemy/rebalanced cards

Matchmaker
While I realize I'm far from the only one complaining about the matchmaking, I'm still utterly sick of being the butt of this particularly stupid joke. I am playing an Izzet Dragons deck in standard which, due to a lack of sweepers, was particularly vulnerable to mono white aggo. I accept that 25% loss rate and move on... except I'm matched against mono white far more than 25% of the time. Fine... I swap out single target removal for small creature sweepers and immediately stop seeing mono white entirely and suddenly see just as much mono green... the color best…

Experience levels
I have been playing this for while now and I think there should be a lil more experience orientated. Like I'm a total beginner, I'm not good enough to know exactly what cards can be played with what and what everything means. It seems as though I'm definitely not playing against people of my experience, they all seem way more advanced than me and they kick my *** everytime. I've played over 100 games now and have only won once. That is ridiculous and doesn't give me any incentive to keep playing if I'm always gonna get laid out every…

Draft
During the pick phase of a Crimson vow premium draft the game freeze and was impossible to continue the draft phase. Must play the draft with random cards...

CPU usage at 95%
Ever since the last update, the game has been unplayable. It freezes and glitches and skips turns and is using almost 100% of my CPU on Windows.
I can't play the game and won't be able to until this problem is resolved.
I've tried the suggestions for freezing and have uninstalled/reinstalled and the issue remains.

Loss registered without a match played
During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

Unable to Submit Sideboarded Deck in Traditional Draft Event
I was in the finals of a Traditional Draft today and I did not change my deck after game 1. After Game 2 I attempted to side in Islands and counter magic but when submitting the screen went black and five seconds later displayed my unaltered starting deck. I attempted this two more times and both times the deck was unchanged. I lost Game 3 and the potential 3000 Gem prize partially due to the fact I could not adjust my deck. Please at least refund the 1500 gems spent on this draft, this is unacceptable.

Game randomly skips turn?
I was playing a game on PC. On one turn, I blocked one of their creatures then countered a spell during their main phase. Immediately after, the game skipped to the start of their next turn, allowing them to attack and win the game. None of my lands had untapped, so it seemingly completely skipped my entire turn. They had also not cast any spells allowing them a second turn. Does anyone know why this could happen?

Mac optimization, iPad Pro optimization, and some Mac bugs, and please, please, fix fullscreen on Mac.
Mac game really needs improvement. (I have a MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey)
Recent bugs:
The text in menu buttons will not show up.
The app won't launch from the dock shortcut, have to launch from inside epic client.
Two-finger swiping on the touchpad doesn't work, it pretty much only scrolls in one direction, it just goes wild.
Sometimes going in and out of the app it will stop playing sound, or some other problem.It is just ridiculous that the fullscreen mode clips the sides of the screens. It only recently got full screen. Windowed doesn't seem to…

Double Strike dealing damage when blocked.
Double strike without trample dealt damage twice after being blocked. If it's blocked, it's not supposed to then hit player, unless trample, and even then only trample from first strike.

ナーフに対する補償
ヒストリックで使用可能なカードを何種も弱体化したにも関わらずそれに関する補償が一切ないのはどうなのか。
プレイヤーが所持しているカードを勝手に使用しづらいように変えておいて新たにワイルドカードを使えと言わんばかりに新しいフォーマットを出し、山のようなレアカードを出すのはいかがなものか。

Friendly brawl not functioning
Since the new update, when I try to make a friendly brawl on Android, my screen shows friendly brawl but my friend shows 60 card deck, and when I select a brawl deck it says invalid deck option. And vice versa, when they send one to me. This will then bug the game and will have to close the app fully.

Alchemy Cards in Historic
Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.
