How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

mystical tutor deleted
After I installed the new arena update, I tried to edit my show and tell deck for timeless. When I entered to edit, a message pop up in my screen saying I have illegal cards for the format (timeless) and this cards has beeen automatically deleted. Searching on the deck, I noticed my mystical tutors (mirage edition -old frame) has been deleted. (Image 1)
There is some kind of bug, because when I tried to search on my collection (only searching on owned cards), in the search appeared a mystical tutor version I didn’t own (image 2)

Quest counters not updating
My quest counters are not updating. I logged out and in, restarted the game, repaired the games files and still not updating.

Deck builder not loading
I am having trouble editing red decks. I tried editing three different decks that contain red from the deck builder as well as from the play->edit deck screen, and it gets hung up on “waiting for the server” for each one. This doesn’t happen for any of my other decks, just ones three that have red. Two of them share stadium headliner but the third deck doesn’t have that card. I added a single copy of stadium headliner to a BG deck that didn’t have it, saved the deck, closed it, and then tried to re-open, and it wouldn’t open.…

SEARCH FILTER BROKEN: JUN16, 2026 CANNOT SEARCH WITH RARITY
Building a deck in timeless. when I use the filter and select any of the rarity settings, you cannot proceed. Clicking OK does nothing if those features {common, uncommon, rare, mythic rare} are selected. Fresh off of update.
Using filter to see all my Uncommon, 3 mana, Creatures, I have 3 or 4 of... Will not work if Uncommon is among the group. same for any of the rarity. Can't search with RARITY

jump in event stuck
I am unable to play theJump In event again. When trying to play again, it only shows "home" after going to jump in..

Cannot edit decks
Every time I try to edit a deck the system freezes up and will not allow me to edit any of my decks. I can still create new decks, I just cannot edit pre-existing decks.

Companion Brawl deck- Companion disappearing
Created a Historic Brawl deck with a legal companion. Started a Direct Challenge/Friendly Brawl. Both players’ decks are automatically converted to ‘Friendly Brawl Rebalanced,’ and the companion no longer appears in-game.

Transmogrant Crown bugged
Transmogrant crown is completely bugged. Screen is uninteractable when this displays. I can choose between B and 2, but I can't select yes. Quitting the game and starting again did not remove the prompt. Timing out let go away and skipped my turn. Trying to use it again made the same bug happen again. I had to concede to get rid of it.

Companion
Title: Companion cannot be cast despite deck meeting all Companion requirements
Description:
I have encountered a bug involving the Companion mechanic in MTG Arena.
My deck fully satisfies all the Companion requirements, and the game allows me to select the card as my Companion before the match starts. However, once the game begins, I am unable to cast or use my Companion as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
- Build a deck that meets all Companion requirements.
- Select the Companion.
- Start a match.
- During the game, attempt to use the Companion.
Expected result:

Bo3 standard not letting me sideboard specific cards (but it does let me sideboard others)

Error packs won't open
I was given 10 packs as a mythic reward for an error in giving the rewards last season. The packs don't open, I can't tell what cards came out. I press them, I don't see an animation but the wild rare/mythic roulette increased, and the packs disappeared.

Companion
Companion does not get into the game after the last update fot all brawl modes.
If i open deck edit companion still there but does not get into the game.

Jump-In Marvel
Jump Into Marvel Issue: I paid 1000 gold coins and chose two packets,Battalion and Agents of SHIELD. . Coming back to play I am given the button to choose packets and brings me to another screen where Iron Man is pre-selected and the confirm button does not work. See screenshot and log. Currently unable to use the Jump Into Marvel Event.

unable to remove cards from deck to sideboard in Bo3 only able to add from sideboard to deck
I played multiple Bo3 matches after the update. in all of them when I added cards from my sideboard to my deck they added. But I could not move cards from my deck back to the sideboard. I tried rebooting the app. I tried changing my deck view (that actually resulted in a weird thing where I couldn't see anything). I tried changing my screen orientation. I tried bashing my fingers against the screen to see if I could hit any area that selected a card in my deck. No response. It was like the game did not see my…

Jump in event failure
I am trying to play the Marvel Jump In event and it let me go in and pick the 2 halves of the deck and then kicked me out to the home screen. Every time I try and go back to the event it is just stuck as seen in the screen shot attached. It also doesn't let me change picks or drop the event. It is just stuck. Please help.

Cant side board
After my phone updated earlier 5/19/26 I cannot side board. After a game one the side board screen came up and I am able to take cards out of the side board and add to the deck but cannot take cards out of the deck at all. I exited arena and restarted my android phone. Problem still persists

Sideboard does not work correctly
I can not add cards from my sideboard after game one; or, alternatively, sometimes I can add 2-3 cards from the sideboard, and THEN i can not make any further changes to Main Deck. This has started happening after last set came out.
