How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Quick Draft Quest No Progression

    I decided to spend some of my gold to do the Quick Draft Quest (the blue one) and started a WOE Quick Draft event. After playing 3 matches I went to check on my quest progression, since I didn't get the reward prompt, only to find out that it's still at 0/3. Immensely disappointed as I won't have enough gold this month to do another draft and get the Halloween pet, so I'd have to wait a whole other month to attempt to do this quest again.

  4. Re-add ratings and rank data to logs

    The ratings and rank details have been in the logs for, a very very long time.

    The recent publicity about the nature of mmr ratings and how there are apparent bugs in that rating does not magically (pun intended) turn data which was freely included historically into a bug to hide.

    Many trackers rely on rank details to provide value to customers or as differentiators in general.

    Rating data, which does not directly affect rank, does provide insightful data into performance of the player and how their overall skill is being translated.

  6. BUG: I can not finish my color challenges

    After this last update, I am unable to to complete the last phase of my color challenges. For example, I have finished all but the last step of the black color challenge. When I click on the last step to complete that color challenge, the game gets stuck on the black, "waiting for server" screen. Please fix this issue soon.

  7. Frozen timer

    Opponent's timer ran out when he was about to loose, but turn did not go to me next. Timer just ran out and stayed frozen.

  12. Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft

    I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
    2. enter premium draft
    3. select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
    4. drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
    5. vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

  13. Mastery Pass Mythic Individual Card Reward not beeing awarded/displayed

    Upon completing my game against a green deck I was not awarded my Mythic Card Reward for completing level 56 of the Mastery Pass Rewards.

  16. Error Updating Data PC and Mobile

    After the new update for MKM Alchemy on both my PC and mobile app I get the "Error Updating Data" message when trying to launch Arena. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (PC and mobile) including manually deleting the files on PC, switched between wifi and cell data and tried multiple different connections (mobile), run corrupt file search/cleanup (PC), and tried installing through Epic Games Launcher (PC) and I have had no luck. MTGA Status page says everything is fine, but I don't know that there is anything else I can do on my end to fix the issue.

  19. Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire

    I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.
