I can't progress past 800 xp on lvl 6. I thought maybe I just needed to complete daily quests, but after my daily quest today I noticed I can't level up at all.

I didn't receive the prizes while leveling up. It appeared on the screen that I got an orb, but there was nothing on the "tree" to add.

Add me to the list - I’m not gaining experience for wins.

I played two games this morning, and got 1 win netting my 250 XP, but my mastery pass is still stuck at 975 for this level???

I am stuck at 975 exp on mastery progression. i cant even receive the rewards i ought to be getting. no matter how many online games i play, i cannot move past 975exp. other users report this bug since at least April 2020. why would i even consider paying money for a broken product that does not get fixed?

Since the recent 25exp per win for the first 10 wins was launch I've capped out my daily wins everyday but I'm some how missing 25exp. I have other friends who've also capped but are missing even more exp than I am but we were tired before the release of the first 10 win exp gains

This is still happening, has there been any resolve? Why did I pay money for gems to get my mastery pass back after the season ended just to gain nothing? Stuck at level 10 for 4 days now.

I'm experiencing the same thing. The daily quests will progress but my lvl for this season is stuck at 6.

i have the same problems i dont get any of the extra rewards...
if you put a battlepass in it be sure that it works then ... ******* 20 euro is alot for battlepasses...

I am not gaining experience for winning. What is happening?

I have played about 30 ranked games and my experience bar wont go past level 7. Can you please tell me why this is. I play both ranked and traditional rank.

I am too stuck at 750/1000.

Getting nothing for exp since Eldraine, and nothing from wins... so weekly will not progress... today is thursday night, almost friday... exp resets in 2 days (saturday night) so uh... I will miss out on 15 weekly wins/mastery track...

Please fix ASAP or refund my account 5400 orbs and I just wont participate in this eldraine mastery (you cant miss any weeks)

- to receive experience gain for future wins. and preferably some backpay in experience for the wins ive gotten since it froze.

It has been stuck at level 47 700/1000 for a few days now.

Bought the mastery pass, but wins don't add to my experience bar.

1. Steps to reproduce: Win a game of magic. Don't receive experience.
2. Not gaining experience. May I get some back-pay experience-wise please?
3. Expected results would be receiving experience for wins. I'm not.
4. Not really any screenshots. I can't be the only one experiencing this.

For several weeks now, have not received any Mastery Experience from playing games, and all daily goals have been frozen even though I have played the required cards / colors / etc dozens of times.
