Failure on redeeming codes PLAYELDRAINE and for Fblthp avatar and card sleeve
When redeeming both codes, get a message that redeem was successful, then waiting for server and finally error.
No packs granted, no avatar or card sleeve, codes now reporting as redeemed.

got same issue on redeeming both codes.
steps:
1) Open MTG Arena
2) Click Store button
3) Click Redeem Code textbox
4) Enter code "PLAYELDRAINE" then press Enter button
5) Got message "Redeem Code Success".. then Waiting for Store.. then "Store Error"same issue for unique code to unlock your Fblthp avatar and card sleeve
