When i open the store and trying to buy gems the screen stays blank and nothing happens, can´t get in to the store, is this an in game issue or maybe some problem with my PC?

Why is this not fixed yet? Maybe WOTC should take a timeout on releasing new cards and fix their already existing issues to keep their consumers happy. This is absolutely ridiculous. I also, have been trying to get the mastery pass since the beginning and it is about to rotate. Let's get this fixed, WOTC!!!

I have had this issues since the launch of Throne of Eldraine and I have reported this bug prior. We are now approaching the rotation of Eldraine and I would like to receive the rewards of the mastery pass. Please advise how to fix? I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled with no improvement.

It sure would be nice if the game let me spend money.
Eldraine was what finally convinced me to come back to Magic.
I've worked hard to level up my Eldraine Mastery, and now I want to purchase the Mastery Pass to show my appreciation and support the game.
But it completely freezes for ANY purchase at all.
If this isn't fixed by the time the Eldraine Mastery Pass becomes unavailable, I'm going to quit Arena.

I have this problem since the BEGINNING which is over two month! I wrote two issue reports and the answer was: "We cannot help you now, our programmers will take care in the future!"
Nothing happened! Arena not only shuts down when I want to purchase the mastery Pass but on multiple occasions like when I want to change my avatar or purchase anything at the store!
This can't be serious!

My issues started with just the mastery pass, but with the latest update it is now the entire store! My whole computer shuts down to prevent permanent damage and I can no longer have any type of progression with this game until it’s fixed. I was very much looking forward to buying the mastery pass too.

Have been having this issue as well, with the most recent update it crashes when I simply open the store in addition to the older crash when I tried to get the mastery pass. As for the canned "this is an order issue" response...no it is not, I can't even get to the point of trying to order something, so the link you provide is not appropriate. This is clearly an issue with the client.

Its a graphic card issue, update drivers or maybe go try a older driver.
If not try it on a friends computer, all you need to do is purchase the mastery and then you can delete MTG arena from their comp.

Comprei as gemas para obter o passe de maestria e quando vou fazer isto o game congela e não completa o negocio.
I bought the gems to get the mastery pass and when I do this the game freezes and does not complete the deal.

Issue persists. I really want the Embercleave card style and the fox pet. Its ridiculous that this issue hasn't even been mentioned in state of the game notes, when so many users seem to be affected.

I've tried the button in the 'shop' tab, and with the shortcut in the mastery tab, same issue...
