Missing Avater
I purchased the Mu Xanling avater and applied it. Later I switched to one of the free avatars. Then I discovered the Mu Xanling avatar was missing with no way to restore it. The purchased avatar should appear in the list of available avatars.
There was an problem attaching the log file. This part looks relevant

Admin offers a different resolution for every one of these issues and none of them ever actually result in anything being resolved. Garruk and Lazav unselectable for me.

It would be helpful if the admin would simply copy the post to whoever could handle it.
