I became a new player a week ago. A few days ago, I started seeing the quest time countdown. To date, it has resets at least three times, but I have yet to see my first quest.

I’ve tried submitting a ticket for support, but can’t get the ticket to submit.

I only have two quests now not three because the third is constantly just showing the timer. The timer expires and it shows the timer again.

I report here what they replied via email after opening a ticket (following the link https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new suggested by themselves)

“Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast! It appears that this issue has already been reported to us. Using our Bug feedback site we have added your vote to the bug titled daily quest timer reset but no new quest. For future bug reports, updates, and insights you can view and enter them directly through our feedback site."

and then

"At this time we do not have any further information about this bug or any ETA for a resolution, we apologize. Your feedback about MTG Arena is very valuable to us. You and other players can create new feedback entries, and upvote each others' entries if you feel they reflect your own experiences and suggestions. This feedback is reviewed directly by the Arena development team."

Summary: from the feedback page they suggest you open a ticket and in response to the ticket they tell you that the right thing to do is to use the feedback page.

My daily quest timers reset, but i don't receive a new quest.

I've made a new account and have the same issue on both.

Same problem 2022 I have the timer reset for 3 straight days

this happened to me. i was logged in at the time of daily reset.

The daily quest icon is up with a timer for when a new quest was suppose to drop but for 5 days straight it’s been empty with a new timer once the old one reaches zero.

when you request a new quest the screen does not refresh to show a new quest BUT if you select decks and go back to home you will have a new quest. So it is not showing whatever action is associated with giving a new quest.

This happened to me yesterday. I finished a daily quest well before the timer was reset and was waiting for a new one to appear but it never did.
