Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

when i click in a product to buy inthe store, the game spends some minutes loading and when its finally ready instead of the window for buying a receive a message :"weve got completely lost following that link, please close that window and return to whereyou were".

same thing with me screen just goes black and there's clearly a BOT telling us to report to that email thing cause i emailed it and they told me there is nothing they can do
Also thank you to the person that told us it was accessible to gems you can access store if you click on gems. LIFESAVER thank you

The work around listed below by JDRoss of clicking on the gems and avoiding the featured page did work for me.
I am also having this problem where as soon as I click on the store menu item my screen goes black and I can still move my cursor around but can't access options or do anything anymore. Before the latest patch it would get stuck in this state, but now it exits the game after a few seconds and another program pops up quickly to record a log or something. I was also getting similar behavior to try to buy the mastery pass before and ended up working around it by getting it on my wife's computer.

I cant access the store either. Whenever I click on anything that leads me there, the game freezes during the black loading screen. It does keep playing the music though.

Hello, I got a SHOP crashing problem each time i access it.
I think its related to the new pet from Eldraine.
I cant convert gold to booster pack anymore. I cant purchase mastery pass. Game blocker and stopper. This game is awesome, please fix this bug in first priority.

I have not been able to access the store for over a week now.
I have uninstalled and re-installed twice with the lastest download and updates.
The program does one of 3 things at this point, It either freezes and hangs on a black screen or it crashes with no message or it crashes with a grey MTG message box for a short while.
Update: This is specifically through the store tab on the main menu. After a little more investigation I can access it through the gems icon.
BUT the 'featured' menu item casues the program to crash

Same thing is happening to me...WOTC needa to fix this. Theros will be out in less than a month and i cant buy the pre release

I'm running windows 10. Same or similar issue. When I click the store tab, screen goes black except for the pointer. And the program stops responding. If I go to the packs and click 'get packs', I can back door into the store that way. Sometimes clicking on the other store sub-tabs (featured, gems, etc) causes it to freeze. Sometimes it doesn't.

Sent the famous Troubleshooting advice to WOTC, along with a screenshot, another log and dxdiag.
Added the following commentary below which reflects my current views on this issue.
When i try to enter the store in-game it freezes on the "waiting for server screen" (sometimes I can't even move my mouse cursor, sometimes i can move it) and either crashes the game or forces me to force close the app.
When i try to change pet i still hear the game sounds and can move my mouse, but the screen does not change and after i move the mouse a bit and click around, an unity screen appears and the game crashes.
I am a paying customer, I have more than 17000 gems currently that i can not use in the store and I would like your company to fix this issue quick or else reimburse me the gems I have in euros so I can leave the game forever without the feeling I was robbed.
We are not in Beta anymore. This kind of bugs are unacceptable. I also expect some kind of compensation after you fix this issue.
This problem is happening since the update that added the friends list.
