Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

I have recently started experiencing game crashes when accessing the store. If I click on the store tab the game gets stuck loading.
This issue is now the second problem I'm experiencing with MTG arena as I also have an issue with the mastery pass. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement.

Addendum to my previous comment: After getting into the Store indirectly (by selecting an Avatar that I do not own under the "Select Avatar" option of "Profile" and then clicking on the "Store" button), I was able to view all of the Store tabs *except* the "Featured" tab. When I clicked on the "Featured" tab, Arena hung indefinitely just as if I had hit the "Store" tab from the main screen. Since normally when you click the "Store" tab from the main screen you start in the "Featured" sub-tab of the store, it appears that the bug is specific to the Featured tab, presumably a problem going back to the server to find out what is Featured.
Good luck debugging, devs. That's a helluva lot of clues as to where the problem is!

I noticed something that might help the devs debug this problem (which seems to be common and longstanding, so I hope there is a dev assigned to fix it).
When I click the "Store" tab at the top of the Arena window, the game locks up, similar to what others have reported. However, if inside the Profile section I click "Change Avatar" and select an avatar that I do not have and then click the offered "Store" button, the game successfully pops up the Store! I repeated this experiment several times and this path worked consistently (whereas clicking the "Store" tab at the top consistently causes my game to hang and I need to forcibly close and restart).

works on my laptop.I wonder if its this 2011 video card been having issues with my wifi PCI mini-card too. I'll test these out then re-comment

Once I click on a store element I've got a "waiting for server" message and a loader that never stops.

I came back to Magic after years of being away because I love the theme of Eldraine. I've worked hard to get my Mastery level up and try to complete my collection of this set. I decided that I wanted to purchase the Mastery Pass to show my support for the game and for Wizards of the Coast as a thank you for bringing Magic back to my life.
Only the shop completely freezes when I do anything other than browse.
Change payment method? Nope, sorry. Freeze.
Attempt to buy something? Nope, sorry. Freeze.
I have other things to do, and other games which aren't broken and freezing which I'd like to support. If this isn't fixed by the time the ELD Mastery Pass becomes unavailable, I'm quitting Arena and not coming back.

Store crashes when attempting to enter. Tried circumventing using a technique someone suggested, going through Avatars and clicking one I don't own and buying, however, it still crashed. Can't actually purchase anything.

the problem with the store crashing is WOTC's fault.
the featured tab of the store is what crashes. If you have not purchased the mastery of the game. you can get into the store that way buy attempting to purchase. DO NOT go to the feature tab.

Same, sometimes I get this Unity error.
THERE IS A WAY TO ACCESS THE SHOP: go to player profile, change avatar, select one of the avatars from the store (like Rakdos), you'll be redirected to the store page without crash, JUST DON'T GO TO THE FEATURED PAGE OR THE GAME WILL CRASH, you can navigate the other sections (gems, packs etc.)

Same issue here; tried reinstalling after uninstall and cleanup of known folders in program files and appData\LocalLow to no avail.
Started with no access to Eldraine Mastery (did work on another device), recently evolved to no access to store whatsoever.
Want my money? Fix this! -

when i click in a product to buy inthe store, the game spends some minutes loading and when its finally ready instead of the window for buying a receive a message :"weve got completely lost following that link, please close that window and return to whereyou were".

same thing with me screen just goes black and there's clearly a BOT telling us to report to that email thing cause i emailed it and they told me there is nothing they can do
Also thank you to the person that told us it was accessible to gems you can access store if you click on gems. LIFESAVER thank you

The work around listed below by JDRoss of clicking on the gems and avoiding the featured page did work for me.
I am also having this problem where as soon as I click on the store menu item my screen goes black and I can still move my cursor around but can't access options or do anything anymore. Before the latest patch it would get stuck in this state, but now it exits the game after a few seconds and another program pops up quickly to record a log or something. I was also getting similar behavior to try to buy the mastery pass before and ended up working around it by getting it on my wife's computer.
