Whenever I open the Store, the game crashes, sometimes putting up a black screen, sometimes fully crashing Unity.

when i open the store in MTGA, the MTGA client keeps going dead. note: its not exactly frozen, nor crashed (e.g. sometimes it seems like controls are active even though the screen is black and "waiting for server", which even resulted in me executing a transaction once despite i could not see what was going on - which is inacceptable, but swiftly sorted out by support, thanks again for that!)

i tried to dig out the correct logs manually (the in-client log dump would not work for this as it is capturing the logs after next startup only...)

I have this problem too. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The problem still exist. Could use more help.

it is so annoying I have a lot of gold to turn in for packs to get wild cards for a new deck and I cant.

Same. And as always it's not an order issues. These autoreplies are insulting.

Same problem. This looks like the same bug that prevented me from buying the eldraine pass. Which they never fixed.

Exactly the same happens to me. Store and Change Pet. Already opened a ticket with a log of my own regarding this issue.

Everytime I go to go into the arena store, my game stops responding and ctd. I have tried loading via launcher, via .exe, and even uninstalled and reinstalled my game.

EVERYBODY!! I'm having the same problem, but I found a "sort-of" solution that worked for me; instead of clicking on the "Store" button, click on the "Gems" at the top right of your home screen. It'll take you to the store page where you can access all the other tabs as well. HOWEVER, do NOT click the "Featured" page, it'll freeze the computer and crash same as before. My theory is that the "Featured" page is causing the system crashes, NOT the actual store! Hope this helps someone out and please share this on other threads you find!

Exact same issue here only since latest update. Can still play games etc, but going to the store results in a black screen, and eventual crash to desktop. I have tried to uninstall and redownload - but the issue persisted even after that.

Not only have I not been able to purchase the Eldraine Mastery Pass because of game crashes when attempting to purchase that, but now I can not even access the store. Nothing has been done about either issue no matter how many times I have contacted support....it is making me no longer want to play Arena, which is my only Magic fix at the moment.
