Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

Sent the famous Troubleshooting advice to WOTC, along with a screenshot, another log and dxdiag.
Added the following commentary below which reflects my current views on this issue.
When i try to enter the store in-game it freezes on the "waiting for server screen" (sometimes I can't even move my mouse cursor, sometimes i can move it) and either crashes the game or forces me to force close the app.
When i try to change pet i still hear the game sounds and can move my mouse, but the screen does not change and after i move the mouse a bit and click around, an unity screen appears and the game crashes.
I am a paying customer, I have more than 17000 gems currently that i can not use in the store and I would like your company to fix this issue quick or else reimburse me the gems I have in euros so I can leave the game forever without the feeling I was robbed.
We are not in Beta anymore. This kind of bugs are unacceptable. I also expect some kind of compensation after you fix this issue.
This problem is happening since the update that added the friends list.

Whatever IT person keeps replying that we need to submit a request at https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , we already did, that's why this ticket was created. This is the ticket that was created when we went to that link and submitted it. We are asking in the proper channel here. We need assistance, not redirection. What's the proper way to fill out at ticket on this issue at least.

been playing since beta but i guess wotc doesn't want me playing anymore. i have 4000 gems i'm unable to spend because i can't access the store. disappointed

Hello! Sadly my client crashes every time I click on store. It says waiting for server, then blackscreens and is not responding to windows 7 anymore. This issue happened before with the eldraine mastery pass, I had to buy it with my brothers pc (win10). My guess is that there's some issue with the pets, since it crashes every time I click at the pets select button, and there are new pets in the store. Ingame there is no problem with them. Hope you have a chance fixing this, otherwise I'll not be able to buy anything anymore.

Whenever I open the Store, the game crashes, sometimes putting up a black screen, sometimes fully crashing Unity.

when i open the store in MTGA, the MTGA client keeps going dead. note: its not exactly frozen, nor crashed (e.g. sometimes it seems like controls are active even though the screen is black and "waiting for server", which even resulted in me executing a transaction once despite i could not see what was going on - which is inacceptable, but swiftly sorted out by support, thanks again for that!)
i tried to dig out the correct logs manually (the in-client log dump would not work for this as it is capturing the logs after next startup only...)

Exactly the same happens to me. Store and Change Pet. Already opened a ticket with a log of my own regarding this issue.
